**COFFEE DRINKS: The hot Spanish latte was really smooth with very little acidity and perfectly sweetened with dulce de leche. We also tried the iced white chocolate latte which was the right amount of sweetness and extremely refreshing. *STAFF: The staff was very friendly and polite and let me know it may be around 15 minutes since they had a lot of drinks to make. The nice female staff member came to my vehicle wherenI was waiting with my pup to let me know our drinks were ready. *LOCATION DIRECTIONS: The only suggestion I have is to update the location since it was very difficult to find. The Yelp instructions to me to the parking lot of Target off North 5th St. In fact, the best way to get there is to head West on 215 from anywhere East of Losee and when you approach the North 5th St exit, pull car off on right shoulder and you will see the white Lowfi coffee truck. read more

Tried to attend the Yelp Event for Lowfi Coffee and I had a hard time trying to find them. Finally found them after we checked instagram. 12:30 we roll up, event is until 1:30. The girl in the front says sorry they are sold out and done for the day, no problem I'll try again tomorrow. On instagram he is now saying he is closed tomorrow. Also, I hope someone else took pics of him complaining about Yelp earlier saying they screwed him since he was having to pay for everyone's drinks. Waste of time & gas. This was an amazing find! Jimmy and his staff were super kind and helpful explaining the menu and what kind of coffee they offer. They work with roasters locally and on the east coast to bring a coffee taste unlike anything here in Vegas. I really appreciated how dialed in their espresso was which brought out a smooth taste! I was shocked to get such great customer service and flavor from a trailer on the back of a pickup truck. I had the Spanish latte which was like a hug of horchata. The creaminess and touch of cinnamon was sublime. The location is unique being at the exit ramp of the highway but it was easy to get in and out so a quick, delicious pick me up that I get to enjoy in the comfort of my car was more than fine with me. Maybe at some point when they relocate or if they stay there they will put up some tables and chairs up for seating at the trailer. read more

I've been trying to catch Low Fi Coffee for the past week and finally made it in time before they sold out. They usually pop up around 9AM, but I always double check their Instagram stories first since they tend to sell out pretty quickly. I tried the Cereal Milk latte which came topped with cold foam and Fruity Pebbles, and it was actually really good -- sweet, nostalgic, and fun without being overly sugary. The owner is really nice too and I also love that it's close to my house because I already know I'll be coming back regularly. Definitely worth catching if you see them pop up. read more

Went here 3 times every time they pull up to North 5th and 215 exit in NLV. The chocolate covered banana iced latte was perfect and so was their blueberry matcha! I'm always on the lookout for new local coffee shops to support! A social media friend put this one on my radar and I headed to NLV to check them out the next day. Their page has their hours/location, they're still fairly new but right now are most often up at North 5th street at the northern edge of town and occasionally downtown. This trailer is truly tiny, and it's going for a sort of punk aesthetic with a speaker playing music. Staff were friendly and my drink came out fairly fast. Their menu has specialty drinks including a banana coffee that they were out of - the iced Spanish latte with almond milk was my order and I enjoyed it. Will keep an eye out for them to try the banana beverage next time! read more

So glad to have something like Lo-Fi Coffee serving the North Las Vegas community! It's such a great local coffee truck and the coffee selections are excellent. My personal favorite is the white chocolate, but I've also tried the dulce de leche, which is amazing. I especially love their iced drinks with the cold cream on top -- so good. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. If you're in the area, definitely stop by and support this local business. The coffee is absolutely phenomenal. No doubt it about it. My issue with this place is that recently, I've come across super inconvenient hours. The average person that wants to stop by and get a drink should not have to be checking social media to see if the truck is there in the first place. The first time I tried coming to get coffee (Saturday) the truck left 2 hours before their hours on google said they closed (1:30 PM). A bunch of people including myself left super disappointed. Today, I was in the area, and waited a few minutes before they advertised being open on Instagram (9 am) and the coffee truck was not even set up yet. Again, I don't see the point in advertising different opening times across all their platforms (9 am on Instagram, 9:30 on TikTok). I'd love to keep supporting, but the inconsistency in opening and closing hours makes it so that I never know if I will make the drive, just for them to not be there in the first place. I understand they are just starting up, but again, it's just super disappointing. Coffee is great and some of the best I've had in Vegas. Edit: Turns out, based upon his instagram, he never even showed up in the first place today. It would honestly make way more sense (like most other food or coffee trucks) to post either a weekly or monthly schedule, so that people are not just showing up to an empty spot during his advertised business hours. Went to Lowfi Coffee for the first time, I was so excited to finally catch them on the 5th/215 location. I got the chocolate covered banana latte and matcha lavender and immediately fell in love. I very much appreciate the fact that coffee and matcha still stood out despite them being flavored with chocolate covered banana and lavender. I'm not a fan of drinks where the added flavors overpower the base drink so I really like that I got hints of flavor and still fully tasting coffee and matcha. The owner was really nice too and I saw him hand whisking the matcha instead of using a frother like other places, and I thought that was very thoughtful that he puts effort into making it correctly. It is right by the freeway just at the end of 5th before getting on the 215 but I didn't have any trouble getting there, so did the people who ordered before and after me. We literally just pulled up and were able to do it safely away from traffic. read more
