Having said that, for those visitors let me tell you a little bit of history. 100% natural is a chain with more than 25 years here in Acapulco. Actually, it started with one or two restaurants offering delicious juices and smoothies. Since it was a success and you had to wait hours to be seated they decided to open more and more locations. 100% has reinvented itself several times changing and updating their menu over the years, specially with +25 years in the market. However what I like the most from this place are the juices, no sugar added. This time we visited their location at Punta Diamante. Not fancy at all, no AC but lots of fans so you get a nice breeze. Their parking lot is a little bit small but big enough to find a spot to park. Prices are reasonable. Great service, food is fresh (and healthy) Parents: They do have a kids menu and changing table. Maybe it was because it was 90 degrees out and I was sweating like a dinner in church, but this ice cream was awesome! I tried the mint chocolate chip and one scoop was plenty- really generous! Good texture and flavor, too. I'll definitely keep Santa Clara on my short list of ice cream places to frequent. I withheld one star because the flavors were good but not creative - just the basics.

My waiter was nice to get me some green tea and water as I went on to explore the food offerings. There is quite a variety of food, from a standard continental breakfast mixed with some random Asian fare, Mediterranean, French, Italian and Mexican - but perhaps it was too eclectic? But, for those of you who know me, I found a way to get creative and make my own dishes from everything they had - if you have a good imagination, you will find eating here a bit of fun!
