Having said that, for those visitors let me tell you a little bit of history. 100% natural is a chain with more than 25 years here in Acapulco. Actually, it started with one or two restaurants offering delicious juices and smoothies. Since it was a success and you had to wait hours to be seated they decided to open more and more locations. 100% has reinvented itself several times changing and updating their menu over the years, specially with +25 years in the market. However what I like the most from this place are the juices, no sugar added. This time we visited their location at Punta Diamante. Not fancy at all, no AC but lots of fans so you get a nice breeze. Their parking lot is a little bit small but big enough to find a spot to park. Prices are reasonable. Great service, food is fresh (and healthy) Parents: They do have a kids menu and changing table. It is not a traditional "American" salad, but rather a large avocado cut in half on a small bed of shredded lettuce. It was filled with shrimp and covered in dressing. I wouldn't call it a salad but I did appreciate the fresh veggies. Last we had the "meat lover" paella. This was a wonderful local treat. We arrived on time and were seated right away by the window. Our waiter introduced himself and his team to serve us. Germane (our waiter) made some recommendations on today's specials and after looking at all the options, we couldn't make up our mind so we asked Germane to suggest our best course. He recommended the cowboys steak which is a huge cut that is meant to be shared. This was quite romantic, sort of conjuring up an image of the Disney film of the lady and the tramp eating a plate of spaghetti together.
