This place is pretty good but I really don't enjoy ordering something specific (extra thick boba smoothie) and getting the most watery one in our group. Things that make you go hmmm. I've been here 4 times and they have only made it extra thick per my request 1 of those times. read more

Management is horrible!!! I ordered 6 boba teas and came home and realized that one was missing bobas. I called and talked to Cindy and she told me I have to drive 20 minutes back because she wants proof!! What?! Are you kidding me!? When I obviously refuse her request, she then wants me to take a picture and send it to her. This is after at least 20 minutes of her pretty much calling me a liar about the bobas. Let me give you a hint Cindy, if you want repeat customers, especially ones that buy 6 drinks at a time, maybe you should be a little more accommodating. read more

Surprisingly, a coffee avocado shake with boba WORKS. As strange as it sounds...lol. This is probably the best boba tea place in San Antonio. Emphasis on "in San Antonio". There is usally always a line whenever we go, but it moves along pretty fast. Don't complicate your order because the cashier's first language isn't English, so you may end up with something you didn't anticipate. I like that she tries to repeat your order to make sure she got it correctly though. Overall I will be frequenting this little boba shop to quench my boba cravings! read more

Love this place! The mango Boba tea is the best I have ever tasted anywhere.

Let's just start off by saying this place is good and fresh! I've been 3 times already in a weeks time. The upsides to this place is the diversity of their menu and the fresh ingredients used to make the smoothies. The only downside to this place is the wait when it starts getting busy. Unless you are the first to next person in line, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for your drinks but it is worth the wait. Also a message to the owners, I witnessed a current employee physically pull a trainee's hand away from sliding my card and she looked very uncomfortable. That is unacceptable that I witnessed first hand and just a note that people do not want to work for you if they are treated like that. I give this place a 4 out of 5 because of that reason and the wait time but I will most definitely be going back. Don't forget to grab a punch card! read more

This place is surprisingly good! A good Tea house is hard to come by in SA. I grew up in Portland, OR where this stuff was popular like 15 years ago, so I've had my fair share of teas. I'm glad SA is catching up with the growing Asian population. Crazy Milk Tea is what I usually get. My only gripe is that they should open later. 9pm is pretty early for a Tea House to close. Most of the ones in Houston, where I use to live are open until at least midnight. read more

Consistently good boba. They a large enough selection of teas, milkshakes, slushes, and smoothies to keep you coming back. Their tapioca is always good. Soft with just the right chewiness. Oh how I hate overcooked mushy boba or undercooked tough boba. This place is pretty consistent with their tapioca. My only knock is the long wait on the order. First time visit - we went on Saturday late afternoon. The place had two customers, and there was no wait to place the order. Interior was pretty generic and on par for these boba tea places - had a selection of a few tabletop games on a bookshelf, along with a small selection of asian cookies (mostly Pocky Sticks). Menu was also pretty typical of boba tea places with a variety of slushes, smoothies, and teas. I went with the most basic staple - the milk tea with tapioca. Tea flavor was on the light side for me, but the boba was delicious! Soft and chewy with just the right amount of chewiness. My hubby ordered some type of rose tea. He felt it wasn't sweet enough, but at least the rose flavor was there. We also ordered the mango slushy - this tasted just like every other mango slushy we've ordered (made with syrup). So foodwise - a solid three stars. Service: I would give them a 1.5. Order taker did not once smile, and she was a little unfamiliar with the register and how to enter in info for customizing the drinks. I watched an employee bring the drinks from the back to the front - and she looked completely unhappy. I mean on the verge of being angry! So I saw our three drinks come out...the gentleman who was supposed to be giving the drinks to me kept speaking in vietnamese to some lady who was standing behind the counter pointing to her phone. Neither of these two acknowledged us. I waited a few more minutes, then actually went up to the counter and told the gentleman that I believed my drinks were ready. He then finally went into action and gave me the drinks. Really discourteous service... made for a bad experience. Though the drinks were okay, the lack of service will prevent me from returning. read more

Simply wanted to change for a different flavor because their watermelon was bad and the drink tasted nasty! They refused. Couldn't get my money back either! I just got a drink from this place and it was waaay too sweet to drink. I asked if I could replace it and they said "we can't replace it unless it's our fault". Terrible customer service. I will never go back again. I used to go constantly. I had the punch card and actually got it punched all the way that's how much I went. Spent probably $15 a week there. I am so disappointed with their customer service. They made me buy a new drink. I was waiting for this to open and it's closer to me than the other places where I usually get boba and now I don't have to take too far drives in order to get boba and doing the punchcards are fun. Some of their drinks are fresh and their smoothies are tasty. I recommend the fresh soursop, mango, mango peach, taro, and taro coconut. I was disappointed by the taste of the lychee smoothie. When I go to other places to get boba, lychee is my favorite flavor, but I do not recommend this flavor here. One other thing is that sometimes they tend to put a little too much of tapioca and even a bit too much of the tapioca syrup. read more

Love love love having a delicious boba tea option in the northeast! The choices are extensive and everything we've tried has been great! Cantaloupe, milk with jasmine tea and watermelon were our favorites. I couldn't get anyone to explain to me the crazy drink which I'm still curious about. The only issue I've run into was closing time which was my fault--I didn't check the times listed because the open sign was still flashing, people were inside and getting drinks and playing jenga... They closed at nine the night I went and I walked in at nine. No one acknowledged me--they just went about their business cleaning, etc. I finally asked one of the people playing jenga who works there or is related to the workers who laughed and said yes close at nine. read more
