They have the option to remove sugar, sub-Splenda, or add on a variety of things (protein scoop, etc) to customize your drink. We typically do delivery via Doordash. The drinks have been correct on all of our orders, but the chips/side get left off for some reason. It's not a deal breaker though. The food quality is fresh and crisp. So I've been coming to this location for about 3-4 years now and it just continues to go downhill.
