Sweet little treat in Bossier City! The inside is new and looks like a fun and safe place for young adults to hang out as they have board games, good music and good vibes! T E R R I B L E Management, owners live 3 hours away from their own establishment and would only come in to deliver ONE DAY OUT OF THE WEEK. Never helped make drinks, never helped customers, never cleaned their own shop, couldn't even answer the phones. All they ever did was sleep and go to the casinos while they were in town. Do not work here, do not support their business because they truly don't even care about it in the first place. If i could give this place zero stars i would, hopefully a better boba place will be built by people who actually care about it. read more

I just got a lemonade that was made with fake lemon flavoring. I paid 5.75 for it and it was HORRIBLE, definitely not worth the money. They need to quit selling garbage lemonade. Lemons are sale in the grocery stores, which I thought I would get Fresh lemonade. read more

I come here all. The. Time for boba. Since we're very limited on boba places, I haven't had many other places, but this one has been the best out of them all. The staff is always extremely friendly and quick. My drinks are almost always so good, and the only critique I have is that sometimes the boba isn't cooked right or the drinks aren't made evenly, but other than that I have absolutely no problems with this place. Their new art inside is so cute, and their merch they started selling is adorable and fairly priced. It's super cozy in there and I love sitting down and playing the games they have, watching anime, or playing air hockey. I also bought a shirt from them today and it's so cute and comfortable, but if you get one it's better to size up. They also give you a free slice of cake if you purchase one, and I got the coconut one, and it was soooooo good. Definitely a new regular order for me. We got a large mango and large thai tea boba. Flavors are good. Boba is the perfect consistency. We were served in less than five minutes. They have tea and fruit options right now. Customer service is not the best. Today was my second visit.. first time, there was no greeting just 4 ppl behind a counter occasionally looking up keep in mind it was not busy. First impressions are everything!!!!! Only reason I returned today was because they do make great drinks.. UNFORTUNATELY today was a complete disappointment. I placed an order using their website. Per website it was going to be a 30 minute wait, I went in after 20 minutes to check on order... my order was already made and pulled out of a refrigerator. I notified the cashier that the website said 30 minutes, I'm guessing online time was wrong... since when she handed it to me it was dripping on the sides my drinks were melting. Cashiers response "I GUESS SO" not even a thank you for coming, or I am sorry ..nothing... I just walked away disappointed with drinks dripping on my hands. Never coming back.
