My friend told me about this place that just open, so we decided to try today. There aren't very many boba places in Shreveport and if there is any, they aren't that good. Let me tell you WHY I love this place already and we just tried only 3 things from their menu. 1/ The boba is perfect, not too mushy, not hard but chewy ENOUGH. For boba drinks, the Boba is very important and it needs to be cook right. 2/ You can adjust your sweetness/ice to your liking. It's not a one size fits all. Some people like it sweet, some don't and they will customize to how you want your drink to taste. 3/ They use REAL fruits for your drinks. We ordered the mango fruit tea and it's real mango smashes up. Artificial flavor are gross and that being used almost everywhere. So when it's a place that use real fruits, it's one level up higher than other places. Give it a try, sometimes you might order a flavor that you thought you like, but you end up didn't like it. Try another one. Support small business, especially during this hard time. And no, I'm not associate with this business. I am just an Asian who loves boba and found a place where I can go to from now. Definitely recommend and going back here for more delicious boba. Keep up the good work and great quality of your drinks/food.

Bestea has really high quality bubble tea. I had the strawberry fruit tea and Besttea did a great job of incorporating fresh fruit, lychee jelly, and the tea all together. The bubble tea made here is on par in terms of quality with the Boba shops that you will find in California. However, the prices here tend to be a bit on the pricier side and this is one of the most expensive boba drinks I've bought in the US. However, it's nice the Shreveport has a boba place and it's place to come to treat yourself when you have the opportunity.

I've been here plenty of times already and it's finally time to write a review lol. This is a great place with plenty of seating, friendly staff, and yummy drinks! I recommend the taro milk tea and rose milk tea! The only thing is that it's more on the pricey side. Other than that, I highly recommend this place if you want to hang with friends or study!

Nice place for bubble tea. They offered multiple samples for tapioca or similar toppings to taste. Nice choice of ice or sweetness as well. I only wish they have smaller portions but really enjoyed it.

The boba here has the perfect chew. The space is welcoming and customer service is top-notch. They have puzzles set out to work on as you wait but there was no wait time.

The taro tea tasted like pepto , they didn't give me a refund, and it was extremely overpriced, especially the bubble waffles.

There aren't a lot of bubble tea shops here in Shreveport and I was happy to find Bestea.

The SHRIMP SPRING ROLLS, however, left much to be desired. We unfortunately had to finally break open the spring roll wrap and eat only the shrimp out of it. Way too many noodles and the wrap was so chewy you could barely eat it let alone enjoy it. The WATER BOTTLE is how they serve their water to their guests. The PHO WITH ROUND EYE STEAK AND SOFT TENDON was good. The broth was excellent. The vegetables very fresh. The eye was quite tough, and having soft tendon before, it wasn't soft and sweet as previous establishments have. There were hard pieces and it was quite chewy. As you can see from the pictures, they do not "fancy the plates" with decoration or garnish. Very plain. Overall, it was a good experience. I will go back, but I will definitely not be having the spring rolls. As for the establishment itself, it was clean, but very basic.

I ordered a regular seafood pho which came out in a smaller bowl compared to my husband's regular size. Didn't seem consistent, my daughter also ordered a regular meatball pho and the bowl was small too. I'm not sure if it's the type of pho you order, but $16 for seafood pho in this size with shrimp and imitation crab meat, is not worth the price. Definitely not what I'm used to. The egg rolls were pretty good. And customer service was good as well. We may return to try their banh mi sandwiches in the future.

Me, all hugged up with this new restaurant while my first Chinese Food love, Ming Garden, sits within sight of me Just across the highway. Hey, I just wanted to try something new. Something different. Is it weird that I feel guilty eating here? I'm actually a big fan of the Peking in Ruston. It has a buffet. This Peking does not. Ming Garden is cheaper too. And when I paid with a card going through this aforementioned drive thru, they busted out the clipboard for me to sign the receipt. Is it 2007? And there was a spot on the receipt to leave a tip. Now, this may be also for the dining experience inside the restaurant, but who needs that tip/no tip internal conflict struggle while signing the receipt in the drive thru as Ming Garden stares judgmentally right at you through your windshield from across the street? Talk about awkward. I ordered the Sesame Chicken and it was a solid choice. But I guess I'm a Ming Garden kind of guy through and through. For life. But I'm glad Peking is here and that they took over the old Wendy's in Shreve City.
