We started searching for reputable locksmiths that would come and do the job without bankrupting us. We called around and got a decent quote from one locksmith who told us the price was subject to change. We then called Alto. We spoke with Rav who told us he would check the lock out and try to match the first price given. When Rav arrived, I instantly liked his energy! Very charming and down to earth. He looked at the lock and let me know that I had a commercial grade lock and the price quoted was severely below the labor for the job, but he would do his best to get the job done at the same price. The lock was old and required a lot of work to get off, Rav struggled and worked hard and got the lock off. He then had a tough time getting the new lock on because the old lock damaged our door. Through all of the struggles Rav's demeanor never changed. He even cheered me up! After all was said and done the price went up slightly, but it was more than fair!
