I stopped on the exit to check the oil levels and hopefully add a little oil in order to get back on the road, but the engine was making a loud ticking noise. There was smoke coming from the engine bay and oil sprayed all the way up the back window of the car. That's when I decided that it was best to leave it there and have it towed to the nearest automotive shop. Thankfully, JT&AS was no more than 7 miles away from where I was stranded. Not only was I in the right place at the right time, but JT&AS is a shop that I'll begin going to regardless of the other shops that are closer to my home in Raleigh. The service was impeccable. Her brakes are fine now and they do a great job. They fixed my son's car. It had a coolant leak. One of the hoses came back off. They came towed his car back to the repair shop for free and fixed it and did not charge me anything else to get it done most places wouldn't have done that Cox repair service and Towing. These guys are very good. They do good work and they're good people. You can't expect something for nothing and you also need to be patient and let somebody work on your car. If you can't do it yourself these guys do a great job. They have a lot of experience. They know what they're doing.

To add, these careless employees then left my interior light on, effectively killing the battery when I went to go pick it up. DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES.
