They took the time to adjust her calming medication and made sure Sofia felt as comfortable as possible, even though it took multiple visits to complete her vaccinations. I was especially impressed that they didn't charge for the first two visits and kept the costs very reasonable overall. Our dog was sicker than anticipated and the staff made it slightly easier by having compassion and empathy for us when the time came to say goodbye. I was offered a big hug to help ease my pain. We chose Elmore Road because it was the closest clinic that could see him quickly. The staff was very friendly and kept us informed about their conclusion that the wound was likely an abscess and the following treatment, which included draining the area and administering an antibiotic. The vet tech also explained that he needed a rabies shot and printed two invoices - one of which included some additional services (like neutering) so that we could compare prices. We received a follow up text after several days to check in on our fur baby, which was a really nice personal touch. Unfortunately, our cat began picking at the area again once it started scabbing over and we had to bring him back. The clinic placed him in a plastic cone. Overall, we were pleased with the care provided to him.

where do i start....ive supported this rescue over the years, donating and buying items at events…read more Well come time I need help with a rescue, we foot the bill and were fostering her just needed help marketing her. i spoke to one woman at Grace Animal Hospital affiliated with this rescue asking for help she said send an email or website inquiry. i sent several and heard nothing. Unless there is a hero story in it for their ego they arent going to help you, they wont even reply. i wish i never supported this rescue. they are also known for adopting out aggressive dogs. F*** streetdog. MAS did more for my fosters and rescues then this rescue ever could.

I emailed the contact information & corresponded with a woman by the name of Polly. She was very nice & you could tell that she wanted what was best for Snow Belle. I completed the adoption application & we scheduled a time for them to being over Snow Belle & for us all to meet. She brought over Snow Belle (now named Saffy) & checked out our place to make sure it was safe for a cat. She met with our current cat & deemed that it was a safe environment for Saffy & we paid the adoption fee & they left. It was on the contingent that if things didn't work out we could return Saffy. Saffy took some time to warm up to us but she's now apart of the family. I can't get over how nice Polly & the other woman was that came over to our home. Even after the adoption Polly asked how Saffy was & I'd send pictures & updates. You can really tell that they care about the animals.
