I took my new Shih Tzu for grooming paid over $50. He looked as if nothing was done. I spoke to Osana she advised she would redo him herself free. I advised her I was leaving town the next day for 4 days. She stated no problem. I have her personal cellphone number. I called and texted several times. One of her employees said she will call me when she has time. Here we are 1-2-2025 and I'm still waiting on an appointment. Now my dog is matted and I tried to clip his hair myself so he can see. I called again and she still hasn't returned my call. I've always supported small business owners. I understand she had to make money during Thanksgiving instead of doing my fur baby. But I've already paid for Kobe service. I do not like when business owners do not keep their word. Your word should be bond. My husband post pics of our fur baby back in November on his social media page. Because he's an officer with OBPD and has a bigger follower. It's obvious Kobe is too much for those young ladies to handle I noticed that myself. A sanitary job include cutting the nails but n o file. Which means Kobe was scratching our family members. I learned everything is now separate. I will not post pics of what my baby looked like in November and now. But I will say I am so disappointed in how Osana do business now. It should take 8 hours or more for a sanitary groom. Osana promised me a full groom for what happened. I was going to dispute the charges in November. Not keeping your word ... Speaks volume about integrity. I call it stealing.

Bentley was able to fit Obi in before Christmas and did an amazing job! I feel like he spent more time than I'm sure he should've with Obi to make sure he looked great! He didn't sugar coat what needed to be done with our dog. Being a first time Doodle owner, Bentley educated me on how to take care of Obi's coat in between groomings, which was pretty awesome. He worked hard to not have to shave Obi, as he had a lot of mats, that were under the top coat, and it was Obi's first grooming. Bentley is definitely our go to groomer!

Finding a Groomer that could work with our male Keeshond has been difficult to say the least. We…read morefound one, Chris, at the store in Memphis but he transferred to Oxford...lucky Oxford...and since then it's been aweful. One groomer cut Dakota's dew claw off at the knuckle and he was in pain for weeks after so he DID NOT want to be brushed, bathed or anything but snuggled for months. Finally our beautiful big man was turning into one big raggedy looking Kees. We were doing the best we could to bathe and brush him but it's just not the same as a good 5 hours at a professional groomers. Then we found Petco, the new one that opened in Olive Branch just recently, and I haven't seen him look this wonderful in a very long time. Not only did they do a beautiful job on him and my other Kees, Tolly, but Dakota came back in high spirits, and not cowering and shivering like the last groomer. After bathing and drying the groomer took extra care brushing out all the undercoat until their coats were gleaming and soft...anyone who has a dog with two coats dreads this time of the year when they begin to molt, underfur drifts around the house like warm fuzzy snowballs and you'll just finish vacuuming to find little keesie tumbleweeds following you...and I swear they're laughing...I sincerely hope they don't change staff because as of this experience we will continue to happily bring our two beautiful Kees to Petco in Olive Branch for grooming!

There was no "incident" to speak of. The groomer, a younger person, misconstrued my gentlemanly kindness for romantic interest and the company sided with their own vice contacting me about it. The whole non-encounter was captured on video. Anyway, I hope they don't do that to anyone else.

At this time, we've decided that we're not the best fit for Red's grooming needs and will not be able to book any future appointments. We truly wish you all the best in finding a grooming provider that aligns with your expectations." Just a warning--if you voice a legitimate complaint, they may simply cut ties with you. In my experience, this felt more like retaliation than professionalism. Very disappointing.

They were so good with our little cookie. Even though she ended up having to be put to sleep they were so kind and caring to her and respected us to in how they treated her. All the vet techs, vets and offices workers were so kind and caring. I want to thank them for all they did for cookie. You can't find any other place in this area that would have been so concerned about your pet. Its also a walk in clinic no appointments.

No complaints on that…read more Weeks later I brought her in to get medication for vomiting and the vet noted that down- all good, gave us the medicine. I also mentioned she had been shaking her head a lot. So he told me they could clean out her ears. I accepted and he told me someone else would come in to take her to the back and clean her ears. But while we were in the waiting room, I noticed some small bumps on her skin , so I brought that up to the male vet(we are already there- might as well) he completely ignored me and said he doesn't feel anything on her. Mind you, she has a bunch of curly fur so you can't just pet her and feel it. You have to separate her fur and actually feel for her skin. So whatever. I ignored it bc she wasn't itching it or licking it. It was just a small red bump. Moments go by and I'm feeling around her paw and I noticed a more concerning bump/lump..idk. I called for another staff member that was around, and I told HER. She starts feeling around her paw and she notices the bump I am talking about. This was easier to find bc I told her she had got gum stuck in her paw a couple days ago and I used coconut oil to massage it out and there was slightly less fur around that area. She called in another girl. Not sure if she's a vet or not, but they shaved down that area to get a better look and they basically just said it was probably scabbed. Maybe the coconut oil irritated her skin. Ok Cool. They put some cream on her and told me to come back if it got worse. Saying allll that to say, please advocate for your fur babies These visits arnt free. Don't let them brush off your concerns.

It's a small and intimate animal clinic, but just the right size! It's not chaotic and appears to be the most calm office I've ever visited. We did not have to wait long to be seen and the vet and assistants were so pleasant! My baby was extremely comfortable around them and was extra calm when getting his nails trimmed.
