The prices are very reasonable too! They usually give me some at home grooming tips to do between grooms with them. I've taken my big husky pit mix in for a bath a brush out. The groomers always do such a great job of getting all his undercoat brushed out. I've also taken my long hair dachshund mix in for a full groom a couple times. Never had any problems. My dogs always come out super happy and smelling and looking great! I definitely trust them with my dogs.

I purchased an item and later found the same product at another nearby store for $5 less, so I returned it. The item was unopened, the seal was still intact, and the packaging was in perfect condition. During my return, the associate, Nova, threw the item in the trash. When I asked why it was being discarded when it had not been opened, I was told, "It's at my discretion. I don't know what you did when you walked out of the store." I found this response disrespectful and unnecessary. I explained that the seal was intact and that the item could be inspected, but I was still told it would be thrown away. When I asked if I could take it back instead of it being discarded, I was told no. I left this interaction feeling singled out and uncomfortable. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope Petco reviews this situation and addresses how customers are treated during returns.
