I brought my GMC Siera in to have the front end aligned and was told that all of my parts were just…read moreworn out and that my truck could not be aligned. I purchased all new front-end parts, watched them being put on and it was obvious there was nothing wrong with the old parts. Then I took it somewhere that knows what they are doing and found out my front passenger side tire is at an angle and that was the ONLY problem all along. All they had to do is connect it to their computer to find this out. I spent and extra $500 on parts and my husband and his friend spent all day replacing parts that were good. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I went to bass fish Lake Striker, once…read moreI had gotten there, I was getting the boat ready to put in and one of my trailer tires valve stems blew, leaving me with a trailer with a flat tire. About 5 minutes after, David pulled up on us and saw we needed help. He proceeded to jack the trailer up, take the tire off, take a tire off his generator to put on as a spare so I could put the boat in and fish while he took my tire to Jacksonville and had the valve stem repaired. Once I got the boat in and parked the trailer, we had the spare on, 4 hours later after being able to fish, I retrieved the trailer with my original tire back on and fixed, and it got us back home, he didn't even charge me. It's not everyday you meet a person willing to do a complete stranger a favor like that, but I guess God was looking out for me. Again, I highly recommend these guys, awesome people and do quality work.

Took my truck to Bateman who I have known most my life ,we went to school together. He told me he…read moreknew it needed a computer and was ordering used parts to keep it from going to dealer for programming. After sitting there for six weeks I started calling every wed being told still waiting this went on for 3 more weeks until ford dealership called me and asked if I knew my truck was there... I did not. It was brought in taken apart . Ford place had to order new computers and keys because old ones had been removed,they could not run diagnostics untill replaced so I said ok. 2200$ later the diagnostics said it was not the computer but rather water intrusion in wiring harness another 13k. When Bateman called them they said he did not believe them and wanted the truck back to put on a throttle body at my expense. I paid the Ford place the 2200$ and told them not to send my truck back to Bateman. I went strait to Bateman,he did not know I had been in contact with Ford dealer since day one. He lied to my face telling me my truck was fixed ready to pickup. Then I told him I knew I knew he was being deceitful and the truck still needed more work he still took 400$ to release my truck for a battery he put on it .
