When I came across a vehicle that fit my requirements at Lade Ford, I gave them a call. I ended up speaking to Dan Lade, the owner of the dealership, and he was super helpful getting me photos and details of the car. I saw great reviews from the dealership so I bought the car sight unseen. Hitched a ride from Austin to Frankston to pick it up and met the man in person. He was as nice as he was on the phone, and the car was in better condition than I could have imagined. I got a great deal and a month later I couldn't be happier with the car and how Dan handled everything. I've bought many cars for my business over the years and this was by far one of the best buying experiences I've ever had.

They told me that the transmission was fine and they had reset it. They also told me that there was no updates for the programming of the transmission. There is an update for the transmission and it is has not been updated and I need to get it updated but I am not going back there. Who knows how long that would take.

Then I took it somewhere that knows what they are doing and found out my front passenger side tire is at an angle and that was the ONLY problem all along.
