I started seeing Matt to cut a few pounds and to break out of a lifting plateau, but during the initial consultation, Matt noticed my flexibility was poor, so he put me on an endurance and mobility program. At first, I found it tedious, boring and a distraction from my goals. But in about 2 weeks, I started to feel less sluggish and the chronic pain in my lower back started to decrease. To preface, I used to be a fitness instructor at a top brand and have tried endless amounts of boutique fitness classes, as well as worked with another trainer. Some have been great, but many often came with inconsistency on professionalism, results, and culture. Liv Method, in my experience, has been a game changer. The results have come quickly, seeing major changes in my body doing quality over quantity. The space is beautiful and even on the busiest of times you never feel like you are in others way. I run about 20 miles a week, so I am by no means in amazing shape. The class was about 10 people, it was very challenging but not impossible. Andy the instructor was amazing at giving you pointers for making the circuits harder or easier depending on your level of fitness. I will definitely be going back, it is an awesome way to break up the monotony of a workout routine, i.e. running. Also if your a fitness maniac, there were some people training there who were in ridiculous shape.
