A cavity was found, and I really don't love getting numbed up. I had some anxiety going to that appt, and all my fears were put to rest. The numbing was very painless and the cavity was drilled and filled. Dr Botros asked if I'd like him to take a photo of the cavity before he got it all out. After that, Dr. Middlebrook approached me aggressively, gave curt one-word responses, blamed my wife for the error, and spoke to me in a condescending and unprofessional manner. No apology was offered, and no attempt was made to accommodate me despite the mistake being entirely administrative. I would not recommend Dr. Middlebrook or this office for advanced dental care. I was able to secure care at another office the same day without issue. No patient should be treated this way.
