We were fortunate to get cancellation tickets for this activity. Photos do not do the scenic photos justice. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. If you don't have snow gear (snow suit, boots, helmets, and goggles) they have it available for rent... it's affordable too. Good amount of time to free play with the snowmobiles. We had a blast. The snowmobiling trip was fantastic for my family of 5. We had 2 doubles and a single machine. The 30 minute trail guided tour was good to get you comfortable with the machines before you got to their meadow where they let you explore by yourself. Certainly a fun adventure and they even had a sledding hill that we took about 30 minutes to play on, racing one another. Both guides were charming and lively, which made it fun. read more

My wife and I went horseback riding here... one of the funniest and relaxing experiences we ha e ever had. Randa our guide for the say highly experienced and very social was great. She took us on some more experienced trails and also had us galloping the horses for about ten seconds through a meadow. I know she only did this cause it was only my wife and I on the tour. If there were more people she would have taken it easier as to make sure she could keep an eye on everyone. Again very experienced in this line of work. The horses were very strong and looked well maintained happy amd knew what they were doing as in guiding and not mean or bucking you off. Go and take a look at this place they offer snowmobiling in the winter guides and hikes throughout the summer horseback riding as I mentioned... very very fun!! read more

Super kind and helpful from beginning (phone reservation) to signing in to guiding the ATV tour. We did the two-hour trip in the late morning to try and avoid afternoon showers, but we got absolutely drenched anyway in a surprise downpour. The horseback riding was good. 4 stars. We took a two hour tour through the forest mountain trails. Beautiful views. Very nice staff. We also did the cowboy dinner. 2 stars. Skip this if you care about eating good food. Very low quality - Inedibly tough steak, dry chicken, cold beans, overcooked frozen corn. But if you want to carb load, the baked potato and cinnamon roll was good and the kids liked the rolls. Skip the cowboy dinner if you care about being treated rudely. The staff was mostly very nice but a couple of key people were very rude. Our party of seven arrived to find no seating available to accommodate our party together. Several tables at the back were marked reserved. I was curtly told those were left dirty because the performers like people to sit close to the front. I had to wander the tent and ask three times for someone to help us find a place to sit. They finally rudely offered to 'clean' a table for us, but it was really just a cursory slopping of a damp rag across a fly ridden table. It was not cleaned properly by any definition. The performers are very professional. If you enjoy western music Branson style with some dad jokes thrown in the mix, go for this. They have won some awards for their music and will tell you all about them throughout the show. read more

We did the 1 hr horseback ride and had an amazing time. Our guides, Cheyenne and Faith were absolutely amazing! They were very attentive especially with my 76 year old parents. The horses were very broke and gentle. Beautiful ride and amazing guides. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We also did the cowboy evenings dinner and it was amazing as well. Food was great and the entertainment was awesome. Great time for the whole family. We have been coming to the dinners for 29 years now and they keep greeting better. read more

Pick your snow mobile adventure carefully. We got into RR Sunday and decided to go snowmobiling. Every place was booked, but Henry set us up to drive "the duck" - a four passenger ATV with snow treads. It was perfect for the start of our time in RR. Now, I say pick your adventure carefully as we rode with another outfit the next day. Seek out my review on that tour. Bobcat Pass is a follow the leader style adventure with 20+ other riders. You go out to the "meadow" and get to race around a track style setting. Scenery is nice, but repetitive We mostly stayed at the little sled area which was perfect for our kids who aren't into racing around a track. I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience tour style snowmobiling. Value is good. It was fun. The staff are great, courteous and friendly. Henry was helpful and even let us rent the equipment for our next days adventure. read more

My husband and 7 year old son went on their snowmobiling adventure at Spring Break and loved it! Very kind folks and legit adventure worth the money! They got a lot of free time to ride where you want to ride and also got to play on the sledding hill. ITS FUN! We showed up on a whim and owner Hank still took our call all the way from Branson. He was able to phone a friend and arrange us a 2 hour tour with Rick in less than 2 hours. Turns out he's also an integral part of the fauna that is Red River, very local, very knowledgeable, good dude... UTVs were OK, a little aged and not the "cool" kind, these are more like ranch models but they were safe and in good working order. Helmets were plentiful, safety a priority, IMO off to a good start. This was a scenic tour, we didn't do any "playing around" other than what was presented by the trail, wife and I had a great time, 17yr old didn't get to do any "sweet jumps", but the trails no joke either, plenty of terrain to wet your adventure whistle.. Tip: Bring your own bandanas, gets pretty dusty which makes for some interesting nasal art... read more

Terrible Experience Horseback Riding!! It sucks that I must write this review especially since this place has such great reviews and that is the reason why my boyfriend chose to take us here. When we checked in for our 2hr long horseback ride the owner was super friendly and everything seemed like it was going to be great. That changed very quickly. 1. (RED FLAG NUMBER ONE) I overheard the girlfriend of Hank (the leader of the ride) question Hank if he was really going to use the horse Batman on the ride. 2. (RED FLAG NUMBER TWO) Hank puts me on Batman and tells me that he is a very curious horse, I kind of laugh and ask him if that means he is going to buck me off? His reply was "oh no, he is just younger than the rest and very curious". 3. Batman clearly did not want to be on this ride. 4. He was constantly stopping to eat grass which is not unusual for a horse but he would throw a tantrum when I would redirect him to the trail. 5. He didn't want me on his back, so he kept running into the side of trees to get me off. 6. Hanks girlfriend is watching this horse misbehave and does nothing. 7. Once again while Batman tries to get me off his back, he pins my leg up against a tree and all the girlfriend does is yell up to me and tells me to just kick him... 8. Batman would randomly haul butt and would not stop until he would run into the back of the other horses. 9. Batman was constantly biting the other horses in their butts even though I kept pulling his reins and getting him away from them he'd always go right back to biting. 10. He ended up getting kicked in the face/chest area by the horse in front of him because of his biting. 11. My boyfriend pointed out to the girlfriend about Batman's attitude but was ignored. 12. After telling other people in the group to make sure that the horses stay single file the girlfriend did say that the horses have been acting up and bucking people off. 13. When we got into a narrow part of the trail Batman started freaking out 2 different times. The second time I thought he was either going to take off up the mountain or really buck me off. 14. Once again the girlfriend did not say one thing. 15. Once we were out of the narrow part of the trail and back on a flat dirt road Batman took me to the side of the road with a pretty good slope and started eating grass, he was mad as usual when I redirected him. 16. He then goes to the other side of the road and goes to eat, I go to redirect him and he decides that he really has had it with me and jerks me off his back onto the ground, proceeds to try and kick me. I sit up as kick as possible to try and get my foot that is stuck in the stirrup out before he takes off. Thankfully, I was able to slip my shoe off right as he trots off. 17. The girlfriend who just watched everything the entire ride and just then still did not say one thing. 18. Both my boyfriend and another lady that had watched everything were trying to find out if I was alright and both were yelling to Hank how Batman threw me off and tried to kick me. 18. Hank asks the girlfriend what happened, and she says the horse slipped.................... 19. He then puts me back on the horse as I am sobbing and tell everyone to give me a round of applause. 20. When we get back to the stables, both Hank and his girlfriend ride to barn quickly, chat to amongst themselves then return to start getting people of the horses. 21. The girlfriend helps me off, does not say one thing to me. 22. I go straight to the car and my boyfriend goes inside to talk to the owner about everything that had just happened. 23. My boyfriend was blown off. For a company that has amazing ratings you really let the ball drop on this one. Everyone seems like they have a great time at your establishment but when someone is put in a dangerous situation on your watch and you are confronted you do nothing but deny and try to cover your butts. Pathetic. Couldn't even ask if I was alright. Pure negligence from the owners and the employees. read more

I'm not a veteran to snowmobiles or even snow for that matter. I've only been on a snowmobile once before and been in snow maybe a dozen or two times being that I'm from Houston. So this review is strictly on the experience from someone who was looking for an enjoyable time. Upon arrival at the Bobcat Pass office we were presented with snow suits, helmets, and boots if needed and we headed up to the departure sight which was only a few minutes up the mountain from there. We listened through a short speech regarding the rules and safety and we were on our way. A quick single file tour took us to an area where we were then told to go have fun. There was a very large track if you will that went around various terrain including a fun drop down a hill where we were allowed to go as fast as we felt comfortable with. It was a perfect day for it and we took off around this meadow having a blast the entire time. Everyone seemed to enjoy it greatly and all of the employees were extremely polite and helpful. I definitely had a fun time and would recommend this tour to anyone interested in experiencing snowmobiles in a safe environment in an open scenario versus a structured tour through the mountain. This was a good time and the prices are comparable to others that I researched...even cheaper by a bit which was a plus. The time allotted was supposed to be 2 hours but I was busy having so much fun that I couldn't even tell you how long we were out there. It didn't even cross my mind to worry about it because it seemed to be exactly what I was hoping it would be. If a snowmobile trip is on your agenda I would recommend this place by far. read more
