HORRIBLE mistake on our part. I called Tuesday to explain what needed to be looked at on our truck and to see if/when they would have time. Was told they could look at it on Thursday. We dropped our truck off on a Wednesday night, using the drop box to put our keys as we were told and then stating that it would be looked at Thursday. Thursday afternoon I called to see if they were able to look at it, ect which we were told no and they would reach out after they had a chance. Nothing Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Monday was a holiday. Tuesday nothing. Wednesday nothing. Thursday we called to see what's going on? -was told they still didn't look at it as the were unable to get hold of the warranty company. But they didn't think it would be covered because according to Ron it was cosmetic. (The driver door electrical motor in the mirror, speedometer, and oil gauge, which right in the warranty states electrical is covered and one of the main reasons we purchased as it's a truck that has many electrical components.) However , he would get back to us by the end of the day. I called the warranty company as soon as we were off the phone with them and got right through!!! The representative stated yes the mirror motor should be covered! That the auto technician needed to call to make the claim. Friday nothing. Monday a voicemail was left stating the keys are in your visor I am done arguing with the warranty company they are not going to fix it. I called the dealer and they are not going to fix it so your keys are in your visor. Fit it?!? Fix what you still never totally stated what was wrong or needed to be replaced. You never told us how much it would be to fix etc. just pick up your truck. As soon as I got home from work we packed our two little boys up and rushed over to get our truck, because our keys are just sitting in the visor... we got to pick up the truck because at this point we wanted NOTHING else to do with this establishment and when my husband goes to get into the truck he notices a burn mark on the driver seat. From what looks to be from a soldering iron. When asked about what was going on with the truck The response we were given was what truck? He told him which one was our to which he said Oh yeah the truck That has been here three weeks. That burn must've been there from before. Of course at this point my husband was heated and told him to just get out of his face he was leaving. To which the guy responded yeah you better get out of here and never bring that piece of shit truck back here. Bring the truck back here? Ha Ha I would never want to deal with you again. So very long story short not recommended at all. Thanks for having my truck for a week and a half and giving it it back in worse condition, and still have to go somewhere to fix original issues.

I tried scheduling an appointment down the road at Pep Boys but they couldn't get the tires put on until the next day. Goodyear had the tires readily available but they were more expensive which is kind of a bummer considering their name is on the tire and the building. Regardless, I didn't want to wait any longer so I made an appointment here. The confirmation advised that it would take a couple hours to put them on. Got there half an hour early. Bill, who was very kind, advised that it would in fact take a couple hours. Kind of inconvenient because I know Pep Boys and other tire service places will put the shoes on right then and there and have you out within half an hour. But I went to Wegmans next door for lunch and shopping. By the time I was done my car was ready. Another bummer was not being told about the rebates Goodyear advertised on their website. Had I not made the appointment online I would've been out $100. At the end of the day this place serviced me in a quick and convenient fashion. And the tires are night and day VS the baldies I was riding on prior.
