Awesome customer service and super easy to work with . Absolutely no hassles and no dickering

If I could give this company negative stars. I was completely robbed by this company of my financial investment and my time. I went into this experience communicative. Willing to be patience and reasonable in my selection based on my credit and income. I was transparent about my income and requested approval be verified first before I even began looking for a vehicle. I was told I was approved after filling out the application and that included the verification of income, I was provided a 2022 ford escape and put a down payment down when I was asked to by Scott. Drove off into the sunset. Never once was told there could be issues with the lender nearly a month after I purchased the vehicle. I was told abruptly with no warning my income wasn't completely verifiable? I sent atleast 15 different documents of financial statements and a detailed employment summary from my boss and suddenly, now I'm not allowed to keep my vehicle unless I give them an additional $3,000. I opted to get into a cheaper vehicle and was told I still needed $3,000 more? Seems like a complete scam. I LOST $1,500 in insurance costs because I had the vehicle insured beyond the refund policy. Galaxyauto took no responsibility for that. I am the provider in my household and now I am likely out of both of my jobs due to galaxyautos inability to be transparent and communicate effectively about the buying process and what the risks were or that my income may not have been acceptable for whatever scammy reason. This company is taking advantage of every person that walks through those doors unless they have half the total cost of the vehicle down as payment or an 839 credit score, so their job is easier. Do not waste your time being played by this shady company. read more

The alternator went on my car when I was visiting the area, and they got my car right in and diagnosed quickly. They suggested replacing the belt while they were working down in that part of the engine, which was good advice. They also worked with my battery warranty, even though I didn't buy it there. I would not recommend this dealership shop to anyone at all! When we purchased our vehicle the salesmen were great but our experience with the galaxy auto shop is horrible. fortunately we bought the warranty for car repairs because within a month of buying our car we began to have the first of many car issues! even with warranty their shop would try to lie and say warranty wouldnt cover something so that we would pay them in cash but when we called warranty company ourselves it was a different story. there has been more than one occasion where we've had our car fixed in a shop outside galaxy and have had the warranty company reimburse us because galaxy likes to lie and also make us wait. we regret purchasing a vehicle from them! we have even conplained to the actuall owner and although he has fixed the problem at the moment, it seems he doesnt know how the shop and managers are running his business! read more
