As a AAA member for over 20+ years I called them to have one brought and installed on site at my home. The company AAA sent out screwed things up really bad (Please see my review for Hope towing in San Bernardino to find out how I found Ryan.) I was desperate to get my car up and running that I just started calling random mobile mechanics I found on Yelp. Luckily the only one to call back was Ryan. I explained to him what happened and he came out that same evening, after attending a previous client. He assessed the car and gave me an honest answer. I paid him his assessment fee and figured I'd call AAA back to make things right and 5 days later and no solution and I'm still without a working vehicle. I text Ryan once again and tell him how AAA was giving me the runaround and how my car was still not fixed. He advised me on a few solutions and I decided to just purchase a battery elsewhere and have Ryan install it. This way once installed if any other issues arose Ryan would be able to give me a real-time solution and pricing. Not only did he install the battery. He went above and beyond with small details that not everyone would do. He checked the voltage and gauges. He told me the car was up and running with no major issues. He did discover a water pump leak and gave me an estimate then and there. He didn't try and price gouge me or lie and say I needed a new alternator. He's an honest guy, who works hard, and is just looking to make an honest buck. Next time you need good work at reasonable prices hit up Ryan.

Once we got home, we knew we had to do an oil change immediately. I found Heritage Auto Repair on Groupon originally. But I'm realizing their prices are phenomenal even without it. They were able to accommodate us same day--within the hour actually. And don't think they weren't busy! The garage was full. The manager, Jake, was very knowledgeable and extremely hands on. It was refreshing to see someone who actually knows their stuff and isn't just relaying information from the mechanics. They only offer synthetic oil changes. They do NOT offer conventional oil changes or hybrid oil. They also do NOT just order parts from local auto shops. They use only original parts. From the moment they lifted the car till it touched the ground, it only took less than 15 minutes. We need to get our rear brakes changed soon before an upcoming road trip. They were kind enough to check it for us. We'll definitely be booking them for that service next month. They are located in the middle of the shopping center. It's an L shape, and they're right at the 90° angle. There is plenty of parking in the lot. They also accept Apple Pay. As a woman, I personally feel it's too easy to be taken advantage of when it comes to auto repairs. Not here. They are honest. I think we found our new auto shop!
