When I pushed back the manager threatened storage fees despite AAA Member Relations advising me to leave the vehicle pending a corporate claim. Both conversations were recorded. I requested my removed parts be returned. The manager acknowledged on a recorded call the scrap collector had already visited -- before I even picked up my car. I never authorized disposal. That line on my work order is blank. Paid the balance in full under protest. Manager wasn't even present at pickup. Active complaints filed with AAA Corporate, NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, and the BBB. Small claims court is next if needed. Do yourself a favor and find a shop that stands behind their work.

I had to drive all the way back just to get my receipt. When I finally got it, the receipt was vague and unprofessional. It didn't break down the cost of parts and labor--instead, everything was lumped together. They charged me $100 to replace an engine oil drain plug cap and "diagnose" the issue. I looked up the part on the dealership's website--it costs just $12. You do the math. This kind of lack of transparency and excessive pricing is unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them again.
