After the service, I asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed. A day later, I still hadn't received anything, so I sent a follow-up email--no response. I had to drive all the way back just to get my receipt. When I finally got it, the receipt was vague and unprofessional. It didn't break down the cost of parts and labor--instead, everything was lumped together. They charged me $100 to replace an engine oil drain plug cap and "diagnose" the issue. I looked up the part on the dealership's website--it costs just $12. You do the math. This kind of lack of transparency and excessive pricing is unacceptable. I wouldn't trust them again. And I just realized the receipt had actually been created that same day ( the day I drove back)---meaning they didn't even prepare it after my service like they said. That's incredibly dishonest.

Even more frustrating, my receipt still reflected the A16 service I originally requested, making it difficult to realize there was a discrepancy until I reviewed the itemized work afterward. When I brought my concerns about the brake flush instead of the tire rotation to their attention, I was told the issue was my "confusion" and that I should have questioned the estimate sooner. Clear communication about what service is being performed-and why it differs from the service requested should be the responsibility of the repair facility, not something the customer is expected to discover after the fact. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop unless you are already certain exactly what your vehicle needs, understand the services being recommended, and are familiar with the typical labor times associated with the work. I expect a repair facility to provide that expertise and communicate it clearly to customers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Separately

I got scammed with NO gas in this gas station!!…read more I went to this gas station last week to fill up the gas as my car was showing "low fuel" and asked the attendant to fill up $10 worth of gas. The meter ran for $10 and any one would think like gas is filled up. But the gas guage did not even move a bit. I even asked the guy who filled the gas and his reply was " possibly something wrong with your car " and he charged my card also. Big scam and possibly the guy thought I would never notice.

I've been entirely satisfied with the work these people have put into my family's cars over the years. They've kept my car (safely) on the road for 15 years. They are honest about prices and necessary repairs--I never walk away feeling like I've been swindled. As to labor prices--they employ very decent and hard working people who more than earn their pay. I try not to complain about paying a fair wage to people who do quality work that I could never do myself.
