She was clearly not in a good mood. The line behind me grew to about 5 people during her complaining. She then finally decided to help who was next in line. She (with quite a bit of attitude) waived the next person in live over who was me and I had my ID and CC ready. She didnt ask for either of them - she only said "number please" - so i replied with my phone number. She then said that didnt work whats another number. I asked why she needed my number. And she just asked for one that worked. I assumed it was for some type of membership program so I let her know I wasnt interested - SHE THEN TOLD ME TO TAP MY CARD - no letting me know the price, to this point she had said a total of 12 words to me. So I tapped my card and then the full price popped up on the screen and it was 88$ At this point I contested the price and said this bottle isnt worth 88 dollars to me. She became disgruntled and slammed the cash register closed and said "Well then youre going to need a refund because I already charged you." At this point I was 100% done with her, this bevmo, and allllllllll the terrible service this store is paying her to provide. So i said whatever i dont want to spend another second with you, and took I took the bottle and left. For sure never coming back. Bevmo, Hire better.

I asked the counter person how much I can withdraw and he said they don't allow that. I pointed at their machine that had a sticker on it that said "ATM CHARGE 50 cents" I pointed it out and he said the charge was $2.50. I pointed out that the sign says 50 cents! He said no, it was $2.00. FINE! So check this out... The line was 5 people deep and it's such a small, crowded liquor store. There was a man right in front of me buying a beer (1 bottle). He didn't have enough and was short $2.50! He was holding up the line and I was analyzing the situation. I thought to myself, I am going to do a good deed and pay the difference for this guy since I need change anyway. So I asked the question about cash back, pointed out the sign on the machine. I did my transaction and it was $24.00 total. I will post a picture of the receipt. My item was $1.50, Surcharge was .50 cents = $2.00 Cashback was $22.00. (He's making up for the previous customer's shortage!) Needless to say, I didn't throw a fit (which normally I would have) since I wanted to do it anyway, BUT HOW DARE HE NOT EVEN ASK! Totally shadey! If I could give a negative score, I would. What made me write this is his intention. He gave the guy a break and I wanted to give him a break so he wasn't short in his register. He SNEAKILY took care of the negative cash balance of his register by taking it out of my cash back! I walked away with $20. Not $22. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THEIR ATM AT THE REGISTER!
