Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. He is professional, respectful, polite, prompt, trustworthy & efficient. I will also leave this note for you all to read as well because the person who referred me to Moath prefers not to leave online reviews: Moath was called to solve an electrical issue when a big company was not able to figure out. This company charged us $300 for the visit (mind you, they didn't fix anything). When Moath arrived he knew what the issue was within minutes, fixed it immediately and the city inspector said his work was one of the best he had seen. That extra step mattered to me because it showed he wasn't just trying to do a quick fix and leave. He also gave some practical advice on a few devices in the house that weren't really useful and what could replace them. Finally, the first company/person to answer their phone was George of Brookside Electric, North Bend. I explained what happened the night before as well as other electrical issues leading up to the final shut down. Over the phone, based on my explanation, George stated what the issue could possibly be. However, he'd have to come out and assess the situation. George came over that same evening! Unfortunately, the fuse box/panel would have to be replaced:( Thankfully, within a couple days, George and crew were able to replace the fuse box/panel and we had electricity again!!! After further discussing, with George, the prior events leading the shut-off; I asked George if he would consider sharing his assessment and knowledge of the situation to our insurance company (as we also were in the process of working thru a tree having fallen on house...). Upon George speaking with insurance company, they reimbursed us the FULL cost of the electric repair. THANK YOU GEORGE and Brookside Electric for your prompt, trustworthy and professional work! But then I was looking at our local fb Duvall pages and Jon's business came up. We called him and told him that we needed our car charger installed, but already had a full panel so we needed some things moved around before he can install the charger. We waited for his company's contractor's license to get approved before he started working on our project, since our HOA required it. When it came time to install, he mentioned that he'll be able to move some wires around to make room for the charger. He gave us about 30AMPS with our 240V plug and so far we haven't had any issues with it. And by far, he was the cheapest among my other estimates and was very friendly and communicative with the process. He finished our project in like 3hours or something. He even mounted the charger for us. He also did mention that our Autel charger was easy to install since he didn't have to open up the charger box to be able to screw it on the wall, unlike other chargers, so I guess it was an easy job for him too. Overall customer service was awesome, and we definitely recommend his professionalism and service.

We were charged…read moreover 2,000 for a 3 hour repair because they added on 2 hours of travel time (Maple Valley to Sammamish) to our charges and billed for 2 electricians because Steve and an assistant was along on the job. Most of the time one was working while the other was chatting with the septic repairman. When I called to inquire about how 3 hours of work at 165/hr became 2,000 he said there were "parts and travel charges" and some kind of 600 "parts package". I have no idea what that was for, since the septic company provided the parts - the invoice is blank except the hourly and the total. I was wrong to allow my septic repair to choose the electrician without finding out about the HUGE travel charges and extra fees. Avoid my mistake and don't get conned. Be sure to get a clear estimate before hand to avoid an extra 1,000 in charges like I had to pay. I gave 2 stars because the work appears to be done well.
