I had the electric panel in our manufactured home replaced, which at some time in the past had broken free of the vertical pipe and was no longer secure. In addition, he installed an external outlet and a 30amp generator inlet with an interlock kit on the electric panel. When he reconnected everything, the heat pump did not immediately come back on, but he stayed and worked on it and we tried a few things until it came back on. (It was never clear why the heat pump and thermostat didn't talk to each other at first, but the important thing is that he didn't just say it was an HVAC issue and leave us.) We bought a new house and even got an inspection done and we specifically asked how the electric was and the inspector said that there were no issues with it. We call redline electric service for some ring cameras and a doorbell, well we had no more room in the panel and there were several things that were not done up to code or permitted. I first heard of Red Line Electric when I submitted a quote to another electrician in my area via Yelp and allowed the site to copy the request over to a few other local electricians. Jessica and Igor were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Igor came by in person to assess the work and then completed it a week later. Not only did he do an excellent job (which included inspection and permitting!), but his quote was by far the most competitive of the bunch AND he got us scheduled THREE weeks before any of the other bids I had gotten! All of my drywall was in, and he'd done extensive re-wiring for my kitchen/living room remodel in my 1970s condo - including wiring up a new kitchen island, moving my oven, and installing 17 new ceiling lights across 6 new switches. First of all - thanks for the honest reviews from all reviewers! Your reviews helped me pick the right company! We install holiday lights each year and noticed it was not turning on. My husband tried to change the outlet, but it wasn't the issue. After checking reviews, I asked for a quote from the Red Line. I got the response promptly, and they sent one of the electricians out the very next day! They offered the same day, but we were not available. It took a while to find out why it was not working, but once it was diagnosed, it was fixed right then and there. We were told exactly after a diagnose, if it can be fixed right away, we pay the diagnostic fee, but if it requires more work (ordering parts, etc.), we need to pay the diagnostic fee and for the service to fix.
