During the process my husband was out there watching and inquiring about things. Project was done in one day and again, we are elated with his work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared. Richard the technician did a good job with the air vents and I could tell the air was lighter at home. However the dryer kept complaining days after. So I reached out and they had Richard come back again for second visit for free, and they realized my dryer ducts are extremely long and extremely clogged. Richard managed to extract a massive (see photo) bag of lint after a couple of hours of hard work. Thanks for being thorough! It was a great experience.

First, I…read morehad the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. All in all, this has been a great experience, I very highly recommend NW Insulation for your project.

We called Element Northwest to get a quote on the installation of can lights for our living room and master bedroom. After talking with Micah for a few minutes, we decided he was the guy to do the job. He was honest about the process and gave us a realistic estimate. Not only was he the most reasonably priced contractor we spoke with, he did a phenomenal job. He took his time to think out what worked best for our rooms and then presented all the options to me. He even came back the next week to install another dimmer and at the same time fixed an outside light fixture for no extra cost. He's super fast to respond and schedule appointment times. We thought the job would take at least a couple months to schedule and complete but it was done in less that a week from when we called to get a quote (and it looks awesome!)! We will only call Micah from now on for any electrical needs! read more

Micah did an outstanding job for us. He fixed some electrical problems we had in our house and added some outlets and light fixtures in our partly finished garage. He added an outlet in our finished master bath and converted an existing single light switch to a 3-way switch in a sheet rock wall in our garage all using tricks he has learned so that I had no repairs to do in the sheet rock walls. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and was knowledgeable in electrical codes. He placed all the new outlets and light fixtures in the garage exactly where I wanted them. I wanted some outdoor patio lighting using an old chandelier fixture. Micah at Element Electric was able to take my vision and create an awesome outdoor ambience for our family to enjoy summer dinners in. I also was in desperate need of lighting in my odd shaped sunken family room, which didn't have any existing fixtures.
