Unfortunately, the customer service at this location has been disappointing. During my visit this afternoon, I needed help finding a few items. Staff simply pointed me toward an aisle, but the products weren't there. There wasn't much effort to assist further or help locate them, which made the shopping experience frustrating. The selection is still excellent, and I'll continue shopping here because of the convenience. However, I'll likely stick to online ordering with curbside pickup since it's a much smoother experience than shopping in-store.

He also made it unaffordable for the other businesses next to Supreme Liquor. He won't even allow food trucks or food vendor. I will continue to support this business because I believe in supporting small neighborhood businesses. I read some not so good reviews but I think it's clear if you know the whole story. If it's so expensive to run your business you prices will be higher. I have called the store several times and have never had a problem. This location used to be China Buffet, one of my favorites growing up and got me through my days at CSUN. I have a fond attachment to this location because of it, and I will surely miss it. At least something great took its place; however, I don't know if I can ever get past seeing my old favorite buffet as a Trader Joe's. I am heartbroken but glad CSUN has a Trader Joe's now.
