As soon as I entered the store, a manager approached me and incorrectly claimed that I was not allowed to have my dog inside. Instead of handling the situation professionally, another customer--a Black man--began threatening to shoot my puppy. The most shocking part was that the manager did absolutely nothing to address or stop these threats. After I explained the situation and provided the information I had with me, I was ultimately allowed to remain in the store with my dog. However, I should never have been confronted and told I had no right to be there in the first place. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Jon's location. The staff were unprofessional, uninformed, and completely failed to ensure a safe environment for their customers. I will not be returning to this store.

** Beware ** My dad went to cash winning lotto tickets and they scammed him at this liquor. He had…read morewon 2 replays and $13 they paid out the replays and did not give him the $13 cash or apply it as credit to his purchase of more tickets. He let the cashier know and told him to recheck the ticket and the cashier grabbed the tickets away set them aside and shoo'd my dad away. Since my dad didn't want to make a scene he left but he told me and I recalled they shorted me when I went in to cash and replay my dad's tickets for him when he was too sick. I hadn't noticed they didn't pay out $6 cash so I just gave it to my dad out of my pocket and let it go as a mistake but it seems like they are making a habit of keeping people's winning. I've reported it to the California lotto and I hope they investigate and audit this place.
