I reached out to Steve and he was very accommodating. I dropped off my cart on a Monday and he knew what was wrong by Tuesday. I was in a bit of a rush because we are where 2 weeks out from Halloween and I needed my cart back. I had it back with 6 days to spare. I ended up needing a new moter in my Yamaha electric cart. Steve gave me 3 great options I can go with. I took the 2nd option as it was going to give me more torque, which is what I was looking for. He had the motor in very quick. He also made a great suggestion as to add a sway bar to my cart because of the lift I have. This helped the drivability immensely. When he asked me to stop by to do a test run. He also explained to me that there were several other minor things that needed to be looked at. Which he did at no charge. I couldn't believe it. The cart runs fantastic! Thanks, my man! Just to clarify it's only 2 tires that needed to be replaced, i've changed tires before but was looking for a cheaper option probably would've taken 30-45 min to do. Upon calling I was quickly dispatched a mechanic to my location, as I was broken down in a retail location with a dead battery. Mechanic Zach Cardisco was fast, thoroughly explained everything that was going on, was detailed oriented and did good work. He also hand threaded my lug nuts back on to my studs unlike many places nowadays that just throw them into the socket and then tighten them down with the impact wrench which often cross threads them or breaks the studs. He had a very friendly demeanor, kind use of his tools and equipment was careful not to scratch paint or do any damage, etc. He took a lot of pride in his work and it showed. Ask for him by name. Cons: Realize its a $120 service call before anyone does any work. Not really shown will on their website. (Website also has a few spelling and grammar errors / should be open 24/7 they have it backwards) No mobile payment options whatsoever. Luckily my bank was down the street, but be prepared to have cash ready for the call.

Let's start that I came in with the intentions to purchase a bike. To get any information in regards of the bikes I was looking and comparing I had to flag someone down when I finally settled on a bike. They had sold it while I was discussing it with a salesperson. They had me put a deposit down for an incoming bike with Sales Manager Billy, who stated "We will contact you contact you as soon as the bike comes in which should be early April." I received no call no update. I placed a call towards mid-late April requesting an update which turned out. They have the bike in the box sitting there and they will get to it next. Was they told "We will call you back when it built and ready for next steps." Again by Billy. Never received the call now we are in May so I called again trying to get an update just to be told "we sold the bike. The deposit was only good for 30 days." And that they will look into ordering another bike and will get back to me" and again did not get back to me and furthermore was never told that the deposit was only going to be for 30 day. (Those 30 days literally passed in just waiting to get updates) . llater into the week come in person to discuss this and get told by Scott " we will not be receiving anymore of the bikes you put on the deposit for the rest of 2025 since no one nearby has the bike either....So options are to look at something else" or drop the sale. Quick call and a dealer nearby has the exact bike I was looking at here. So I requested my deposit back to which I'm told "we will have to get back to you with the deposit on Tuesday, as I don't have anyone to cut a check today". I assume I will need to chase this down as well as they are already notorious for not getting back to me as well never asked for my name or number. Update: Funny how they say the biggest delay was financing when they never once contact me. I was the one calling for said updates about anything. This is even after Billy had said "I'll call you back for next steps". Additionally I was never told the hold would be for 30 days and was never given a call that the 30 days was coming to an end. As for the deposit, we were given it back when we went back on Tuesday after being told "the check guy is out, we will just refund it to the card" so why couldn't this be done in the first place. And yes, I will definitely take my business elsewhere.
