They tried making the process as easy as possible and there is no haggle back and forth at all. It's great to know that the price online is the real price. We're so happy with our vehicle. It is in perfect condition, even smells like new, and the price was unbeatable. It just felt really good to go in there and not have to deal with all the car dealership haggling and back and forth! I encourage anyone in the market to buy a car to check here first because their selection, service and prices are hard to beat.

If you don't like anything in the lot you can order from a nationwide database with the security that every vehicle was taken care of. They will bring it to you. They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.

We worked with Shawn, who went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit our family's needs and price range. It was so past my scope of what I dared to hope for in a car buying experience; Shawn genuinely cared about what our family needed and offered us a loaner for as long as necessary, and kept us updated on vehicles that came in that could fit our needs. We ended up with an economical vehicle in our family, and the next time we need one we know where we are going. Think Twice Before Buying Here…read more I trusted New Horizons Auto Center based on their image. That was a mistake. After my experience and research, it's clear this dealership is building its reputation on unsafe, defective vehicles and zero accountability. I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma here during the weekend. Right after buying it, I noticed something felt wrong. Two days later, I took the truck to an official Toyota inspection, and they told me the vehicle was extremely unsafe to drive -- for me, my family, and for others on the road. The repair costs were estimated to be higher than the entire value of the truck due to serious structural issues that had clearly been hidden. When I returned to the dealership seeking a solution -- whether a partial refund, a fair exchange, or any support -- their only answer was: "Find a lawyer." No help. No responsibility. No concern for my safety or that of others. The Real Problems You Should Know: They hide information about major vehicle problems. They sell cars without proper inspections or regard for safety. They protect themselves under an "As-Is No Warranty" agreement. They have no post-sale support -- once you sign, you're alone. Multiple reviews mention Vehicle Quality Concerns, Lack of Transparency, and even Questionable Review Practices. I've bought cars before at other dealerships, and the difference is huge -- other places actually help you when something serious comes up. New Horizons Auto Center doesn't. If you value your money, your time, and your family's safety, avoid this place. It is thousands of times safer to buy from a private seller than from a dealership that refuses to stand behind what they sell. A dealership's real reputation is not built by five-star fake reviews but by how they handle real problems. Here, they fail. If management cares about their name, they should start by protecting their customers, not abandoning them. Please read the negative reviews carefully -- they all tell the same real story. Then the car arrived and their true colors came out. What a disaster. I chalked up the first few things to bad luck and wasnt upset. But the list kept going... 1 - The car was shipped across the country with the back window open so the white seats were filled with 2k miles of road grime. On top of that the transport company tied the car down wrong and broke some trim pieces. Ok no biggie it happens and wasnt Country Auto's fault. 2 - Then I immediately hear the suspension squeaking like an old mattress over every bump. I send them videos the next day. Takes me a week to figure out what the problem was and get it fixed. Turns out the sway bar and bushings were heavily corroded. I chalk it up to more bad luck. 3 - Then my wife says shes been seeing some white smoke out the back when getting on the highway. I go to check the oil level and find they sold the car overfilled with 2.5L of oil. Really, really not good. I have no idea the long term ramifications to the engine. 4 - Then to cap things off I find 2 of the tires have what looks like silver spray paint on them. I initially couldn't figure out why until notice the paint on those wheels starting to fade over the next few days. I realize they did some cheap refinish job on the wheels. It looks good while it's on the lot but as soon as the brakes heat up the paint fades. 5 - I then find 2lbs of dirt and road salt packed up behind the wheel well rusting out some very expensive hydraulic lines. These lines were supposed to have been thoroughly checked during a pre purchase inspection I paid Onyx to do...and obviously weren't. After that list I start to get annoyed but was still trying to be nice about it. Alex tells me hes going to talk to the owner to see what he can do since it obviously wasnt a great experience. He then blows me off for 3 weeks. When he finally calls me back he turns into the quintessential used car slick talk. He blames Onyx who serviced the car 2 months prior, and who I paid to inspect the car. So I talk to them. They of course say they didn't sell me the car, Country Auto did, and it's not their problem, it's Country Autos. They also proceed to tell me they inspected the car "as a favor to Country Auto" and "would have never sold that car from their own lot" they would have just auctioned it. WTF?? That obviously doesn't make you feel good about your purchase...or the type of cars Country Auto sells. Alex of course takes zero responsibility and tells me I "should have just bought a CPO car". Classic. Buying a used car always comes with some risks and unknowns. Thats why knowing the person you are buying from is as important as the car you are buying. I would not recommend anyone buying from Country Auto.

Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

I wanted to talk with the mechanic but was denied the opportunity and advisor said he would talk to him/her and to wait in waiting room . After some time , I was asked to step into the service lane for discussion. I was told technician DIDN'T actually check the brakes , they went off the previous report from March 2026. I was given a FREE oil change and the inspection report was not given to me but I went on-line and printed it off. The reflection of piss poor inspecting and reporting not only put the Service Advisor in a bad situation , it speaks loudly that the dealership itself is being put in harms way . it may have been the last visit to , once , my favorite service dept.
