You can't just swing by a Costco or Walmart and grab your favorite adult beverage as they probably don't and can't carry them. You have to go to a state-approved beer store for beer and liquor store for everything else, though some markets such as Wegman's are approved to sell them all, but are restricted on how much is sold to individuals. What a pain!? According to word-of-mouth, the law is slowly being loosened to allow more stores to sell. EXPERIENCE: Getting back to Fine Wine & Good Spirits, they're tucked at the end of a small strip mall with lots of parking. The inside isn't very big, but they stock a nice selection of wine and liquors. I picked up a big bottle of chilled Yellow Tail Chardonnay for $11.99 on sale. SERVICE: The store was empty so I was in and out within five minutes. The female cashier got a kick out of my Hawaii driver's license, wondering what in the world I was doing in Pottstown, LOL.
