Went there today with my Mom and the thin crust is amazing! We had 1/2 sausage/jalapeños and 1/2 pepperoni, so good.

Ordered Pizza here after driving by 100s of times. I'm a sucker for a good thin crust pizza so I needed to try Bob's out! Ordered the large Thin crust Margherita pie and it totaled almost $30. I picked the pie up at the restaurant which was simply a kitchen and a pick up counter. The owners were very friendly and thanked me for my business. Once home we tried the pie. The pizza was delicious and you could tell the invite diners were fresh,however not much for for the price. Overall 4 stars for a good experience and food but slightly pricey pie! read more

If loving Bob's Thin Crust Pizza is wrong, I don't want to be right! I've been coming here religiously for the past 4 years. Bob's pizza is basically my edible sanctuary. 100% the best sicilian slice I've had in both Rockland and Bergen county. Regular slices are pretty damn awesome, too. Very small, old school place that does more than evoke great memories. It's an experience in itself, and not just the za. Bob (if that's his name) is a real character, and his wife (?) super-nice. He's got that slighly mad Southeast European vibe about him that I love. I don't live super close so I've only eaten in (can't have the za go cold on the drive home). And only slices--the place has very little room to 'dine in.' But in warmer weather Bob puts out a table on the sidewalk. read more

Yo. This place is it. The truth. Tonight we decided was gonna be a pizza night but my wife specifically wanted PIZZA - like not a tavern style bar pie or a Patsy's/Angelo's NY margarita type. Old school pizza, pizza. Bob's delivered. Literally. From Tappan to Upper Saddle River they brought some of the best "plain" slices I've had since moving to NJ - and it showed up quick, hot and totally in tact. We fking loved this pizza. There are more than a few great places to get Pizza near us - but I'm absolutely thrilled to add this one to the regular rotation. Tonight I'll drink to Bob's. May they stay in business forever! Why haven't I been here sooner?! The grandma sicilian is delicious. The mozzarella is fresh and not salty like all those processed cheeses. The plum tomatoes are so delicate and sweet. And the crust is so crispy yet soft on the inside. They also don't skimp on the basil. Hands down has got to be the best grandma pie I have had. I used to frequent Fort Lee pizza for the grandma but now i have found something closer to home and even better. Can't wait to try the thin crust pies and wings! read more

Bob's Thin Crust is EVERYTHING!!!! This pizzeria is a throwback to when NYC pizza was the best! The crust is thin and crispy. The sauce is savory with just the right amount of tang and sweetness. This little place has been around for 30 years. I'm a bit perplexed that no one has reviewed it yet! It's owned by a couple that have been around this small little town for years. It is literally like walking into an episode of Cheers where everyone knows your name. The wife was in the day we stopped by to pick up a pie and we conversed like we've known eachother for years. She warmly welcomed me to the East Coast and was all smiles the entire time we waited. They sell pizza by the slice for $2.00 each and a large pie for $12.95. They sell other stuff like calzones, hot heroes, salads, garlic knots, and wings as well. Their crusts come in thin and regular and they can be made with whole wheat. We got the large thin crust pie with whole mushroom and half sausage. They cut up the sausage like little pepperoni slices. They make whole pies as you order them and it takes about 10-15 minutes from making the pizza crust to it popping out of the large oven. It's a super small joint so there are only about two tables inside. They are open M-Sat, closed on Sun and they accept VISA, MC, AMEX, and DISC. I'm pretty sure all the locals are going to hunt me down and shoot me for revealing this hidden gem. read more

As a Bronx native that is now in the burbs for his kid, I gotta say this place is legit. Moved into town and needed to find pizza. This place was the third area spot I tried and I have ended my search. Bob is a pizza man that learned his trade in NYC. Spoke to him to let him know how good the place is and he told me all about his history in the pizza world. They pies cost a little more but the quality is the best. My husband and I got the Saturday special - 2 slices cheese thin crust, 2 Sicilian slices, and a beverage for $5 with tax. Thin crust is so thin and cracker like, plenty of cheese. The Sicilian is nice and thick and fluffy, well cooked with a crispy bottom. Could do with a little more cheese. Great otherwise. I will drive for good food so when I got the Bob's Thin Crust Pizza flyer I decided to try their pizza. So glad I did! Dough is thin and crusty but with good flavor and not dry, the sauce is delicious! Hand crushed fresh plum tomatoes! They were also very nice and attentive! We even got 2 slices of the thin grandma pizza to take home to try! WILL DEFINITELY BE REGULAR CUSTOMERS! We have finally found a pizza place that makes a proper pizza! Wow! What a find here in the Rockland County! I've had trouble finding a restaurant with decent reviews. Luckily I was in the mood for pizza and this was the only restaurant that popped up with a 5 star average and universal glowing reviews. Of course I had to try it out... not just one but 2 times while I was here. I went ahead and ordered here on Yelp and after about 30 min of waiting I got to the place. It's a little tiny pizza hut that has 2 tiny tables inside with about 4 chairs total. Most people have ordered their pizza already by calling it in or ordering it online. Every so often you get someone who comes in to buy pizza by the slice but frequently they would run out. Unfortunately the Yelp app delayed my order but the owners there were extremely apologetic and rushed it through. After about 20 min I had a steaming hot pizza with all my favorite meats on there. This is thin crust pizza baked to perfection. The sauce is ample but not too much to make the pizza soggy. The plain cheese is a classic as well and excellent. Some people who got too many toppings ended up with a soggy bottom so I would advise against being too overzealous. If you're in the mood for pizza and genuinely good NY style pizza in the Rockland County area, this is your place. They're a busy place and you can tell they're good by the universally positive reviews on here. There are a few seats outside and a small beer pub down the road with outdoor seating. Sometimes they will let you sit there. They also deliver but I'm not sure what their radius is. Parking in the back and generally is not an issue. A favorite among the locals and certainly some of the best pizza I have had! read more
