Update! Yup, Pie Man is still solid. Just came back with some coworkers to grab a pie, and I seriously underestimated a 10". Thought it would be enough, but that's definitely a personal size. My bad, lol. No worries though, we just grabbed another pie with zero regrets. When we got to the restaurant, they whipped up a fresh 16" (legit only $3 more) in just a few minutes. Love to see it. The Salty G.O.A.T. truly is the GOAT. Already planning my next visit to try the Sausage and Spicy Pickled Peppers pie since I've heard it's a fan favorite too. Their beer selection is nice, and the staff is super friendly with good energy all around. I've only ever done takeout (with a drink at the bar), but their outdoor seating looks nice, and there's plenty of room inside too. The whole place feels really welcoming. By the way, don't get it twisted. This isn't just a pizza spot. They also host events with live artists, making it more than just great food. Backed by their delicious menu and cold beers on tap, Pie Man provides the full experience. Definitely worth the visit! Looking forward to many more visits :) read more

If I could rate this place on the garlic knots alone, it would be five stars -- they're absolute perfection! The pizza is okay, but those garlic knots more than make up for it. We also really enjoyed the chicken wings, and the kids loved their fries. We celebrated my son's birthday here, and since the weather was nice, we sat out on the patio. We had it mostly to ourselves, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Also, the service is always great here. read more

My friend invited to check this spot that she saw on IG. We decided to make a field trip and go up there to see the hype . Service was great . As soon as we walked in we was greeted with a warm welcome . We asked to be seated outside . She escorted us . We had two kids With us so outside was perfect . We ordered 2 pizzas for us a "California ranch " & for the kids cheese pie and some chicken popcorn. Pizza was awesome , this crust . Cooked to perfection and the sauces on the California was good . This place seems so unassuming. I thought it was just another pizza shop. But no, the food here is so good. Their pizza is super thin crust, which I love, and their chicken parm dinner w/ spaghetti was simply amazing. You can have them slice your pie in squares or triangles. We had the sausage, pepper, and onion pie and especially liked that all of The ingredients were so thinly sliced. The only thing I would change is I would leave out most of the onion bits in the pasta sauce that came with the spaghetti. It's too much. But other than that, I do love their food. read more

This is one of those rare spots that has great food and reasonably priced drinks but also has Sunday football specials .... And has the sound on for the games! My only complaint is that they don't serve veg with their wings. Carrots and celery can't cost that much. We came in because PIE MAN! We started with maple brown sugar Nashville chicken wings extra crispy. They didn't come out extra crispy and the sauce was good but too sweet for me personally. The pizza were fantastic! If you like thin crust pizza this the the place for you! The sausages, pepper and onion pizza was my favorite, but they were all great! Went for Hudson Valley restaurant week, but ended up ordering off the regular menu. Started off with their fried pickles, which were a bit greasy but hey what should I have expected. My wife and I ordered the 10" versions of The Meat Lovers and The Salty G.O.A.T pizza. Overall the thin crust was good and not soggy. I felt that there was too much arugula on the Salty G pie. Overall I would rate both pizza's a solid 7 out of a 10. In the vastness of Pizza places in Rockland this one is descent, but not the best. The service was great as both our waitress and food runner were very attentive. My only complaint is the $14.00 charge for a Gin and Tonic that had flat tonic. read more

We can always use another good pizza restaurant, especially when they do something a little different. First time at the Pie Man today and we will be back. Margharita pizza - very good, thin, crisp crust, not overloaded with cheese. The sauce in particular has a good flavor. Second pie was a specialty pie, chicken, bacon and avocado crema - maybe another ingredient?- really good. For sure a "grab another slice" sort of pie. We also had a Caesar salad (sorry, no photo) which was a typical "pizzeria" Caesar. I had a draft beer (Juice Bomb) beer was cold taps were clean. When we were there (Sat Sept 3 around noon) the place was pretty slow. Maybe some of the other complaints have been because this is a new place and they were slammed? I tend to give new places a little pass while they get their processes sorted out. In any event, we will be back for sure. Next visit I will grab a menu photo and some other photos. I wish I could rate this lower than one star. I paid $70 for a pie of pizza, 2 apps and drinks. They charged me nearly $5 extra for small cups of sauce on the side. They also charge you a credit card fee if you pay with card. my server was nowhere to be found and when I asked about the extra fees on my tab she said "that's what we do here." Completely unacceptable. I filled up my own glass of water at the bar about 3 times. The food was mediocre at best and now I'm at home making sure I stay near my restroom. Will not be coming back and I suggest you find a different food spot if you value your money and stomach. Completely unacceptable. read more

I realllllyyyy wanted to like this place. I love eating local and trying unique cocktails. The cocktails had no flavor so i really don't recommend trying them. However, the pizza was delicious! We created our own which consisted of jalapeños, spinach, broccoli and pepperoni. We were told the 10" was too small for two so we opted for the 14" and we appreciated the recommendation! If you are just going for the food then i would say 10/10 but keep in mind it is a thin pizza crust! I've only done takeout - but honestly this is hands down the best pizza around. The crust is perfect, the ingredients are so fresh, the pies are small but gives you more reason to try 2! I did a regular pie with peppers onions and sausage - melts in your mouth. The broccoli rice balls are pretty good too! Someone was eating a margarita pie and it looked sooo good. Let me start out by saying my dog wouldn't even eat the crust. Shes a huge pizza lover. We ordered a cheese pie and an onion. The onion was average at best. The cheese wasnt even edible. I grew up in Manhattan eating the BEST pizza and one of the reviews said the pizza reminds him of his childhood so I drove all the way to Congers to order takeout. My husband and I ordered pizza and wings. The pizza was great! We ordered half sausage and half garlic. Yum! The wings, while very tasty, were not your traditional wings. I don't think they were deep-fried to give them a crispy outside texture. I believe they may have been baked instead.
