The estimate was beyond fair and the owner was thoughtful and kind. My mother had just passed, so my ability to find time to bring my car in was limited. He graciously accommodated me and had me out of the garage in an hour. As other reviewers online have noted, the waiting room is immaculate and they offer snacks and WiFi while you wait. When he was finished, he recommended an additional service that wasn't needed imminently, but one to keep in mind for the not-so-distant future given the mileage on my car. The job he did was incredible and my nephews (4 &6) were able to sit in the lounge comfortable and with all type of snacks while the job was completed in 30m. I appreciate Max because every time my vehicle is serviced at the dealer I feel that the repairs may come out to a million dollars. Do not bring your car here!…read more I used to go this location when it was Mobil 1, and when Jiffy Lube took over I kind of just kept going here out of habit. My wife and I recently got our oil changed within a week of each other and unfortunately they screwed up both jobs in very different ways. When they did my oil change, they didn't put the oil filter in correctly resulting in a leak all over my driveway. I had to spend $200 bucks for pressure washer guy to come and try to get the oil stains out. Second and most importantly, my wife got her oil changed and then went in for an engine warning light 10 days later at a local garage we use and trust. In the process of checking the car out the guy noticed that the oil was not fresh and the filter wasn't new. She mentioned the oil change but in his opinion they absolutely did not change the oil. And what is really weird is that as she sat in the car at Jiffy Lube, they went through all the motions of an oil change. What were they doing? Our mechanic said they likely just topped it up but regardless of what actually happened, not changing the oil during an oil change is a sociopathic thing for an oil change company to do to a customer. So yeah, it would definitely not recommend anyone bring their car here. These are two major red flags that you just can't overlook.
