Can't say enough good regarding Dave (the owner) and his crew! They took me in right away (tpms) issue and advised me to replace all 4 sensors instead of the one bad one. It makes more sense in the long run to do it that way since as they told me all four have to be programmed at that time. Excellent service and price! read more

Fantastic experience! I just needed regularly scheduled service and they were able to fit me in to exactly the time slot I needed. They kept me updated via text and the rundown of the inspection was easy to follow and clearly written. They even took photos of certain areas of interest and attached them to the inspection review. Overall a very pleasant experience and I will definitely take my Acura back. Complete opposite of my experience with Delray Acura where I was left on hold for 20 minutes because they couldn't figure out my VIN for some reason. Highly recommend A&H! read more

On the day of service they communicated with me everything they had done via a full inspection report with pictures and provided me the flexibility to pick up my keys from a safety box since I had to go in to pick up my vehicle after hours. I did a 13 hour drive the weekend after getting the service and had no issues whatsoever with my car. What a piece of mind! As a newbie to Fl, I had always taken my Acura to the dealer in Ca. I tried the dealer here and it was awful. It was an Acura dealer but they do about 5 other makes of cars and they have nowhere for you to wait. I went to A& H thinking they would provide me with a decent quote to fix my car's air conditioner. They charged me $100 to take a look at my car and gave me an estimate for over $2000. I took my car to another mechanic and they fixed my AC and other issues for $1000. A&H Automotive was going to charge me twice as much as the other mechanic to fix the same issues. I am just glad I took my car to another mechanic because had I gone to A&H Automotive I would not be happy right now and I would have paid $1000 more. ** PLEASE - take your car to another mechanic and get a second quote. read more

I found A&H online and selected because of the posted recommendations. They are all well earned. Easy to find location 2 blocks south of Atlantic Avenue on SE 5th Avenue. Friendly, professional staff scheduled my appointment and greeted me upon arrival. Repairs were done with OEM parts from Lexus and the cost was very reasonable. While I did not speak to any of the mechanics, the shop was very clean, as was my SUV when the work was completed, just as I brought it in. I came in for brakes and I could not be more satisfied with the work done. read more

I am always pleased to receive the courteous and old-school professional service from A&H. I had been a customer in the past and recently returned with my wife's Honda and, today, with a 2019 Acura RDX that had an expired battery. I called in the morning to explain my problem to Jessica and was able to get one last crank out of the battery around 3:00PM and headed over the A&H. When I arrived, Jennifer was able to check inventory and find the correct battery in stock and have the defective battery replaced in no time. I was a great pleasure chatting with Jennifer and Joe "The Man" for a couple of minutes and a brief but highly entertaining conversation with Mike before Isaac had my car was ready to go. Exceptional service all around! A little background; my 2014 KIA Soul's ABS and Traction Control light came on, on a Monday or Tuesday and they were able to get me in on Friday. I dropped it off in the morning and Joe was very clear in explaining what they would do to see what was wrong with my car and the initial cost for that. A couple hours later I receive a text with a link that showed pictures and a thorough explanation of what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. Shortly after, I also received a call from Joe where he also explained everything and the cost. He was patient and understanding as I had many questions and began to think aloud about about my decisions regarding my car. A couple hours later again they called me to let me know my car was ready. Jen checked me out when I arrived and was also very friendly. A few days later I received a follow up text from Dave to make sure everything was still okay with my KIA! Forget the dealership (stealership) and "generalist" type of repair shops. I'm an huge car guy / gear head, grew up in a service station and would trust no one else with my beloved Subaru WRX than the certified technicians at A&H. Joe, Dave, Mike and the entire team at A&H is honest as the day is long, professional and highly skilled (please don't mention any of this to Mike because it will just further encourage his schnanigans). Insisting on using only quality OEM factory parts and never resorting to high pressure sales tactics I would send my Mom here for auto repairs if I could. If you are like me, a frequent & daily Yelper, studying reviews like a mad scientist before arriving at a decision, please rest easy and do yourself a favor by using A&H for any of your Japanese auto repairs & maintenance. Reason for poor rating is due to technician driving my car harder than necessary (21.8 PSI) after being dropped off to inspect steering system. Claimed he "had to cut around someone" in a vehicle that isn't his. If you are to work with this company I suggest a job that doesn't require the techs to test drive the vehicle afterward. OMG A&H automotive is incredibly old school! I drove in with a broken hose and they attended to it... Immediately!! They went out of their way for a special ordered obnoxious Saab part! They temporarily fixed my car... until the part was in!! They asked me to drive around and check back to make sure the car was ok! WHO does that?!..... No one!! They called me when the part was in!
