I had a very disappointing experience with this tire shop in Boca Raton. I purchased 4 new tires…read morehere along with installation and alignment, and shortly after, my rear tires wore out extremely fast. When I returned, I was told the issue was due to alignment. That's concerning because the alignment service was performed at this same location. Instead of reviewing their previous work, they avoided responsibility and tried to charge me again for 2 new rear tires and installation. I am attaching the alignment report from their own equipment, which clearly shows the rear wheels were significantly out of alignment. This explains why both rear tires became completely bald, while the front tires--installed at the same time--still looked almost new. This is not normal tire wear and points directly to improper alignment or setup. The report shows major corrections were needed, raising serious concerns about how the original tire installation and wheel alignment were handled. Overall, this was an unprofessional experience with poor accountability. I chose this Boca Raton tire shop because of its location and a recommendation, but it ended up costing me more time and money. If you are looking for reliable tire installation, proper wheel alignment, and honest service, I would recommend going elsewhere.
