ATV was amazing and they give you 5 amazing zip lines to try. The best part for me was the caves and the cool swing that tosses you in the water. Everyone there was amazing they have three monkeys that are supper friendly and like you to feed them fruit and veggies. Also after everything they feed you how amazing is that. This excursion actually made my birthday the best I ever had.

Highly recommend this tour! It was my first time trying out zip lining and the whole staff was thorough and also helped alleviate any nervousness! Zip lining, ATV and the cenotes was awesome! They also have Mario, the photographer going around throughout the tour taking pictures that you could purchase at the end. Would definitely do it again! Thanks Alex, Victor , Christian and the rest of the whole crew !

I enjoyed the zip lining and the natural beauty the park had to offer. I would like to start by saying that if this is being marketed to you in Cancun as the "Isla Mujeres" tour by Boca Del Puma, it is not that. That is a whole separate island. Instead, we got picked up from our hotel 30 minutes late, arrived at the camp and begun ziplining immediately. They offer an insurance price when you're there "just in case" something happens, but don't give any protective equipment or tips on riding. Instead, they assume everyone is on the same level. The ATV ride is extremely bumpy and the whole crowd has to stop when there is a problem with one ATV, which happened to be mine multiple times. After initially running out of gas, I ended up hitting the side of a rock and falling off of the ATV. I fell on my back. Thank God I am okay and was able to get the medical attention I needed back at the hotel. Boca Del Puma was more interested in having me pay $150 dollars for "repairs" even though the only thing that happened was the plastic popping off around the right headlight. I negotiated down to $95 because I did not have the money on me in the middle of the jungle. They threatened to call the police even though I was willing to pay, and did not give me any medical attention as well as laugh at me. I know what you're thinking, wow, this girl must be a Karen. In reality, I was genuinely scared to be in a different country, in a slight ATV accident, and with no help from the staff to see how IM DOING. I was wondering what on earth would've happened if I cracked my head open or broke my back. The ATV was completely driveable, as my dad who is a mechanic could've popped the light plastic back into place. I know for a fact they were being money-hungry and greedy on purpose, the whole place is run by CHILDREN/family. Go enjoy yourselves at this awesome park, just make sure to buy the insurance so they don't take advantage of you and make sure to bring extra snacks because the "refreshments and food" that they provide is extremely small and does not even consist of a simple water bottle after 5 zip lines, 30 mins of ATVing, and 2 cenote swims. Special shout out to the awesome monkeys/animals who were so fun to play with and the man who works so hard to make the palm tree roofs for the entire establishment.

If your looking for Cenotes and a GREAT atmosphere and even better staff this is the place to go. Me and family had the pleasure to escorted by Alicia and meet her baby Camila (the monkey) she was amazing. The caves are beautiful and the food they serve is even better. Especially queso empanadas and yummy chicken tacos after your adventures. You will not regret it here.

I recently attended this place. The place is not big but it was fun. There 2 cenotes and they are small, don't expect to see what you see on Google searches. Take a GoPro they don't let you take picture unless is with a GoPro. All they feed you is 3 small quesadillas and a Hibiscus water. The staff is very fun and helpful I would definitely recommend this to parents with teenagers. I recommend you go during the week to avoid to many people. I went Monday and it was slow. read more

The crew is great but the amount of waiting, the disorganization, and the false promises made this ridiculous. They also overbooked and didn't have enough ATVs. Cmon. read more

45.00 for zip lining, ATV riding, swimming.. And food.. This was the best part of my trip! Victor and the rest of the staff were amazing!!!! I felt totally safe in their hands. We did 7 zip lines followed by 2 rounds of ATV RIDING in the jungle then swimming..and last but not least some yummy home cooked Mexican food.. Just like my grandma use to make:) I went alone due to my friend sleeping off his hangover and I ended up meeting some cool people. I tipped them very well in American money and in pesos . So please do the same!!! read more

Came here with a few of my friends and it was AMAZING. There's zip lining, ATV's, and Cenotes! I feel like this place isn't as well known YET as the other places with similar activities but this place is located in a jungle so it's so natural and beautiful! My favorite part was the zip lining and better yet it actually started raining during this activity so it made the zip lining faster than usual. It was just so beautiful zip lining in the rain with all the beautiful nature around you. The staff was beyond kind and professional and they made an a effort to actually get to know us so they went beyond the expectation of just that staff/guest connection. The ATV part was so much fun, it was like a real life Indiana Jones ride, be prepared to get a little muddy but that's also the best part hahah. The cenotes! Beautiful cave you can swim in. I just want to say thanks again to the staff for making it an extraordinary experience that me and my friends will remember for the rest of our lives! I highly recommend this place over the other places! Definitely worth checking it out! read more

If you're visiting Cancun, you HAVE to go here!!! I was approached by a very nice gentleman on the beach who was advertising different deals like jet skis and stuff like that. All the deals weren't the best but I inquired about some other activities and Ricardo ( his business number: +52 1 (998) 126 8403) told me about Boca Del Puma. It was all 3 activities for $60! I took down his number and told him I would text him the following day with more details. I mostly forgot and thought nothing of it, but he texted me to inquire. (Thank god!) We arranged to give our 10$ deposit to reserve our spots for the ATVs and paid the rest later on before getting in the van. I told him 8 people, but by the day of, 20 of my friends decided to show up! There are only 6 ATVs available I believe so this was a stressful issue but they managed to make it work! We were picked up at the right scheduled time and brought in two vans to the jungle ~40 minutes away from Oasis Resort. The ziplining was so scary at first but by the end, SO FUN! By the 6th zip line (each line leads to the next, not just doing the same one over and over) you're allowed to go upside down! The ATVing through the jungle was so badass and it was a very decent amount of time although be aware, the path is narrow. Finally, we strapped our life jackets on and swam in the crystal clear cave water. Everything was so beautiful and the staff was humorous and well spirited. Defintely the best part of the trip if not one of the best things i've ever done. Oh yeah!! They made us really good burritos afterwards, even accommodating vegetarians and gluten free. So much fun, 10/10 recommend. Thanks for the great experience!! read more

So amazing, was so afraid of zip lining but the instructors were super helpful and kind. Went zip lining , ATV, and swimming in the cave I believe the cave is called cenote. Sebastian was my instructor, I'm glad he was cause he was so helpful, patient and kind. Don't no how to swim and even with the life vest I was still scared and Sebastian helped me through the whole cave; so glad he did cause I was able to see the beauty of cenote. Also with the package comes snack which is a burrito and drink. The burrito was disgusting though. The only thing I didn't like about this experience was that my friend crashed her ATV and a little dent was in front of the ATV and they wanted her to pay for that, which I feel like it should be there responsibility cause some people are not use to ATV or even experts and there are bound t have accidents read more
