I just really enjoy coming here. It's clean, they have the sanitary foot baths that don't recirculate the water so your chance of catching a gross infection or fungus! I try booking my appointments with Kaitlyn, but have had really good manicures & pedicures from Andy, Lilly, and a few other nail specialists here. They always offer water or wine. The color selection is dizzying whether you want Gel, Nex-Gen (powder dip) or just a standard polish. Everything is bright, friendly, and comfortable. Even if I break a nail or chip one, they don't nickel and dime me - I come in, they fix it, and off I go. My daughter really likes to come here when she is in town too. My first time coming here was a great experience. They were nice and welcoming and I was able to be seated right away. I got nexgen dip and have never got it done so fast before. Even tho it was fast, I like how my nails turned out. However, I do have to take off one star due to the fact that the lady didn't massage or moisturize my hands at the end. My previous nail tech moved, leaving me helpless in a land of unknown nail salons and some horrible experiences. After hopping around for the past few months, I stumbled upon Boca Nail Bar. The salon is pure white, clean, and everyone seemed happy to be there. I got a gel manicure that actually lasted two weeks for the first time in months. However my nails are very weak because I do hair and constantly work with my hands so I wanted to go back to acrylics for strength but was worried about them looking fake. I came in and Aimee did my manicure and full set of acrylics. Literally best set I've ever had. She just did a thin overlay so my nails still look natural. She also picked out a perfect color for me! I'm thee worst when it comes to getting my nails done. I want them perfect and if they aren't, Noone is happy. But at my first visit here, I can say that Le got it right, the first time! I showed her a picture of what I desired and she nailed it, no pun intended. She was quick and efficient. I will be a regular here. I also had a pedicure done by Helen and she was pleasant and we had good conversation. The water wasn't as warm as I'd like but it sufficed. The ambiance was cool and modern and most importantly clean. Helen also waxed my legs and underarms. She was quick in doing so. The only thing is that she double dipped. The last 3 times my nails weren't even able to make it longer than 1 week before one or all of them started peeling off. 4 days ago I paid $65 for coffin shaped nexgen with a mirrored gel on top and the have all already fallen off. I was very impressed when I went in for a pedicure the other day. The salon is gorgeous. Very chic and comfortable. The owner was very friendly. My favorite part was that they use liners, the scrub and lotions were individually packaged. Boca Nail Bar will be my new nail salon and this is very exciting since all nail salons are not created equal. This place used to be professional, clean with great friendly technicians. Last week I went there, the bathroom was beyond smelly and grimy. My technician kept putting possibly cleans instruments on the filthy nail station counter. Nothing was wiped off between customers. She skipped the cuticle remover, soaking nails and cleaning under nails. I told the front desk and they still charged me for a manicure. Being that I don't often get to do this, I was going into it completely blind, with not a hint of an idea of where to go... until a friend of mine took me here. I was set up with Jason for a full set of coffin-shaped acrylic nails with gel polish while my friend got a pedicure. I was immediately greeted with a smile and, as soon as I sat down, was offered a drink. I was very comfortable and don't have a single complaint. For the full set, including the curing for the gel, I was done in less than an hour. If you're looking for a beautiful manicure in record time, I definitely recommend Jason. Despite getting a decent pedicure, I cannot give this nail salon 5 stars. My nail tech was good but a bit slow pace. It took over an hour for my ppedicure to be done so I couldn't get my mani because I had to get going. Apparently they went through a remodel and assumed that every person that would go to their salon would be under 5'5. The seating for pedicures is super uncomfortable if you're tall, it doesn't recline (it's against the wall) and no massage. It looks great but it's not practical. read more

Beautiful place, horrible costumer service. I've had many bad scenarios at this place but always tried to give it another chance. The last time I went here two employees were arguing and threatening to fight each other outside as they angrily did their costumers nails. So unprofessional, that wasn't my last straw though. The manager, Nick (who is the worst of them all), has even accused my brother of stealing a $70 "tip" which was actually just taken from my purse. The quality of the work done at Boca Nail bar is superseded by the wonderful customer service. My NexGen typically lasts 30 days, as they do a great job, however this time after 13 days several nails were lifting. The manager fixed 7 nails at no charge and would not accept a tip for the services. I am thankful to have found a business that not only does quality work, but more importantly backs their work. I have been going for monthly NexGen appts since October and this was the first time it did not last 30 days. Will use a different tech next time and definitely return to them. Thank you! read more

My daughter (15) and I came here to get a manicure and a pedicure they offered two different cost for my daughter's manicure. gel option or acrylic one was $25and one was $40. my daughter chose the $25 option, but by the time we paid it was $40. Cindy said there was an extra charge to do a specific file shape, she did paint some thing on two nails. I was unable to understand the price difference as I paid for everything up front and left my daughter to finish up. my daughter said she was not very nice and didn't communicate well. The nails look OK, (she left lots of residual powder(product on her skin) but the service was awful. Had I known all of this prior to walking out, I would have reconsidered the amount of tip left for Cindy. Cindy was not friendly or helpful in the slightest. I do want to acknowledge that we were 10 minutes late for the appointment and they still took us no problem. Everything else was great. It sucks cause 1 part of the experience can change the whole feeling. While we may or may not go back (because of my daughters experience) Cindy will not be an option for us. The quality of the service from two different techs was very poor. One was good but had such an air of superiority that I was shocked. The staff is also most unprofessional - they talk about the customers who just left in front of current customers... but never when the boss is there. So unfortunately for him, he doesn't realize what is going on when he leaves. They comment if you are two minutes late, but it's okay when they are late. The tech I had never even remembered to call me when she went on vacation so I could reschedule. When I showed up the owner genuinely seemed to be sorry but then he set me up for a new appointment on another day and when I arrived, I was told it was a double booking. They have lost my business - and truly I should have left a long time ago. read more
