They have OPI polishes and I picked "Let's Be Friends" as my color for my basic polish change. It's similar to "Funny Bunny" but with a pink tint. I love this color! Mimi did a fantastic job on my nails. She was meticulous with the polish, and she shaped my nails nicely. My nails looked terrific! A little more than a year ago, I had written a very negative review on Majestic Nails due to a scheduling mixup on their end. I was disappointed and frustrated, and swore I would never return. My nail tech, Mimi, who is exceptional and I didn't want to leave her, so reluctantly I returned to Majestic Nails. I've been coming here for a while now and for the most part - have been satisfied. However, I now realize that they have been charging to "shorten" my acrylic nails when getting a fill. Not reshape, just shorten, which is done using the drill. I have never been charged for this and find it a bit "gouging". $5,00 doesn't seem like much, but its the principle of the matter. The nail techs were amazing however service terrible! I had a scheduled appt with my usual nail techs...I get there and the front desk woman said an hour wait. Why bother making an appt than. So I figured I'll give them another try. Set up another appt for next day. I get there scheduled time and my tech is in the middle of working on another customer..again 30-60 min wait. They treat you like your precious time doesn't matter. How could you possibly do this twice in 2 days!! Majestic is my mom's go to nail salon. On mothers day after we hit up the beach we decided to get our nails done and she demanded we go here to see her tech. We both get nexgen and at a much larger competitor I wasn't getting good results. My nails tips were breaking easily after only 1 week of having them and I was getting really frustrated. We got there about 30 mins till they were going to close. They were fine with seeing us right away. My mom waited for her specific tech and I went to a different guy. He did an amazing job, and super quick! I usually estimate about 45 mins to get my nails done and I was ready to walk out in about 30. They are still going strong with no breakage after a week. Went in for a manicure. Told technician to mak the nails a little shorter as they were long. I looked away and she had shortened 2 of my nails to where they looked like I had bitten them short! I was upset and had to have a different technician there shorten ALL THE REST OF MY NAILS as short as the other 2 so they wouldn't look weird. I asked for her to do the squiggles different ways in each finger like the picture i showed her because it was WHAT I WANTED but she said they HAD to all go the same way? the nail polish is so bad. it comes off in 2 seconds. I could've done this nail design myself and it would've came out better. my friend got hers done with me and her whole nail design came off in a matter of 3 days. I paid $65 for absolute shit to be honest. it shouldn't even have been worth that much compared to other nails i've gotten done for cheaper lollll I will NEVER be coming back. read more

This is my go-to salon for a few reasons: 1) it's conveniently close to my house (I know this is not a universal benefit but I'm just being honest) 2) they always take walk-ins and you never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes. You can make an appointment the day you want to go no matter what day of the week it is. I think this is due to the fact that they always have so many technicians working at once. 3) their prices are really reasonable, $22 for a basic pedicure, $17 for a fill, and they do a good job. 4) most technicians who work there work quickly and really know what they're doing. They listen to what you ask for and pay close attention to detail. I go here every few weeks for an acrylic fill and in my experience I like the work that the men do over the females who work there. It could just be my taste in nails, but I've been there enough times to know that I like the work the men do over the women. The young guy (damn I wish I knew his name) is my favorite and I only had him once. They have OPI and Essie, and will always try out a color for you if you're not sure what you want (aka me every time). I've gotten Nex Gen there twice, and although they do a good job and the prices are cheap, I don't really care for the nex gen colors they have. They're very limited in my opinion. So I stick to regular acrylic with regular polish, not even gel because I don't like how thick it is and I change my color often. They offer cute little details like rhinestones and matte colors if you're into that. Of course, these things are extra $$. I've never had my eyebrows done there because I get them threaded, but they offer that as well. Today I had a particularly good experience with an older man who did my pedicure. He kept reminding me to relax as he exfoliated me feet and toes. He really took his time and went above and beyond. Right before he was about to do the polish, he noticed that (this is kind of embarrassing to admit but again, just being honest) my big toenail was kind of ingrown. He worked on it for an extra 5 minutes and it felt so much better after! I didn't even realize until he pointed it out. So awesome and thoughtful. He definitely could have left it and I wouldn't have noticed. Overall, I like this place a lot. People need to get over the perceived "rudeness" from some of the workers. Not every worker is super smiley all the time, and if they aren't, it doesn't mean they're not good at their skill. I'll keep coming back here. read more

I've been going here for years and throughout covid - you can definitely tell how dedicated this place is to keeping things clean. the staff are super flexible and accommodating. i came in without an appointment for nails and eyebrow shaping and i was still treated like a princess!! to be honest every time i've come here i've been treated like a princess.. i feel like it's best if you come with an idea of what exactly you want, the staff will help you with exactly what you say. bring pictures!!! if you need help choosing designs like me, the staff always know the cutest and prettiest looks. i have gotten my nails done by so many staff here over the years and seriously every person here was bomb af. just don't be shy to explain what you want! read more

My mother in law was having a manicure and pedicure done in majestic Nail and spa. Very next day her nails looked horrible, chipped nail polish, cuticles look dry, skin around nails is peeling. In addition, her nail tech was rude and insensitive to her breathing problem. She forgot her drink bottle, called right after to say that she is coming back for it, they confirmed that they have it. lots to say about my experience here. firstly, the workers are very kind. no attitude or anything. however, i have a few things to say abt the service i got, which was an acrylic full set. the lady who was working on me left a nail with some acrylic under, the cleanup job was basically not the best. granted, this was only for one or two fingers. the way she filed my nails was also a bit rough, though i would say that anyone getting acrylics should be fairly used to that. also, for some reason my right thumb has not stopped hurting (or burning) around the area where she applied the glue. not sure if anything is wrong and i'm not extremely worried or anything but it's def noticeable. plus, she did not do the best job centering the pearls on my nails (although my fingers are somewhat crooked), which also costed a whole FIFTEEN DOLLARS. idk i think that is a little ridiculous, even ten dollars would have made more sense to me. all in all, i feel that my nails as a whole look beautiful. other than the small details i mentioned, it was a great service that costed me $80 plus tips. thank you! My daughter a full time student in Boca Raton was hired as a receptionist at Majestic Nail and Spa by Gia. Prior to being offered the position my daughter explained that if she has any exams that fell on a day that they wanted her to work she would not be able to. So Gia stated no problem and hired my daughter. On days and many of the days my daughter worked she as discriminated against with comments directed at her about her being overweight, fat and she needed to loose weight. Then comments regarding her clothing etc. My daughter pointed these uncalled for comments, disgusting practices that Gia allows her employees to make towards any man being is disgusting and DISCRMINATING. How dare she allow this treatment towards an 18 yr old let alone anyone. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone who is against discriminating against anyone is who not up to this place of business's standards on what they see to be acceptable in a persons weight, color of skin, clothing etc. THIS PLAE IS HORRIBLE and have reported them to the Department of Labor and in the process of hiring an atty to make sure this place does not discriminate period let alone to a college student who is working to learn to be an adult. What a bad experience to a young 18 year old college student. Horrible, not acceptable, disgusting, uncalled for comments because my child doesn't fit your criteria of what she should look like.. then fired my daughter because she pointed out the discrimination on multiple occasions ( and has texts to prove what the owner Gia Said to her! she is and was experiencing by this place of employment. The worst pedicure ever!!! He started out with cuticle nippers that were laying on his tray and not disinfected. He was doing it as fast as possible without any attention to detail. Every time I would ask him to please be more thorough "He would turn to his co-workers, make comments in their language and they would look at me and laugh hysterically" This went on through-out the whole pedicure. I had a very nice experience with Maria. My toe nails needed to be clipped badly and my ring toe on each foot had a blister the hardened and needed to be removed. Maria did the job. She probably worked me over for 20/25 minutes. I was a walk in a waited around 10 minutes, so if you do not want to wait make an appointment.
