It was my Aunt's 100th birthday and I ordered a $100 flower arrangement (Petal Daydream) from their website. The person on the phone also put in a note to make it extra special for her 100th. When my niece sent me a picture of it at her 100th party, I was shocked and embarrassed. It looked like a $20 arrangement! I agree with Thys D. - looked cheap and small. Plus their website shows a very different arrangement, with about 13 flowers and at least 7 roses, not 6 flowers and 1 rose.. They told me Victor made the arrangement. I'm sorry but did he even look at what I ordered? Yes, they're going to make it right, but not for the party. I paid $100 so my Aunt would feel special and the 25 guests would ooh and aah and that didn't happen. It was just an embarrassment. Be careful if/what you order from them. He is very knowledgeable about the flowers and plants he sells. Boca Raton Florist is attractively laid out and well maintained. Not a dead leaf in sight. I recommend this shop very highly. I wasn't here for long. I stopped in today to get a nice arrangement as a spur of the moment gift. I didn't know of the place prior, but it was close by so I stopped there before the place I would normally go to. I pulled in the back, that seemed to be where the parking was and headed in. It was a nice layout, bright and full of many elegant orchids. Every arrangement was 100+ though. I figured I was just having some bad luck searching so I asked the gal at the front about it. She seemed nice enough, but some what chuckled when I asked if they had anything less than 100 in the shop. She said, with what came off as a condescending tone, our arrangements start in the 70's and 80's. Or at least that s roughly what she said. Of which, there was nothing to get at that anyhow. It came across as a very Boca moment. Many things in Boca can end up being regular priced and affordable. Sadly the flowers at some places are not. Luckily it wasn't the only choice around so I headed down the street. It's an over priced place, but it did have some nice orchids to see! read more

I have to say I ordered directly from you because the last time I did you sent and amazing flower arrangement. I was very disappointed and embarrassed in the size of the arrangement sent to my daughter for the birth or her new baby. Especially when I paid $23 more than what teleflora charges for the same arrangement. If what you sent is what you consider an almost $100 arrangement when you factor in delivery and tax I certainly won't be using you again! As I stated I was embarrassed and disappointed and so should you be also! This is an email I sent to the florist after seeing the arrangement they sent from me to my daughter after the birth of her first baby. I have not received an email response back from them yet. The arrangement was so small it was embarrassing. The picture shown on their website looked to be 3x larger than what was sent. I paid a lot of money for an arrangement that I could have just picked up in Publix on my way to the checkout counter! I am completely disappointed in both what they sent and their lack of response! I was sent a double orchid plant from a loved one. The website says the size is "standard." I live in a small apartment with everything scaled to fit well in the petite space. The plant that was sent is over 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. It doesn't fit nicely anywhere in my small scaled home. With the plant was a card saying if the customer was unhappy to call and the item would be replaced. I did so and got a very snippy person telling me "absolutely not!" I called again the next day --and I am glad to say, they are coming to exchange the tall orchid for a small arrangement that I will enjoy.
