These guys are f*ing terrible. Excuse the French, but no other words quite cover it. They're rude when you go in, unaccommodating, and treat you like they just downright hate you. I've never really had a problem with their work, but every time I go in, even if it's just to buy 2-stroke oil, I swear I'll never go back, and then a little time passes, and I give them another chance. And every time, I regret it. It's like they count on being the only game in town, but they're not! Overall this company deserves a 3 star...while they have phenomenal social media advertising, as well as a pretty decent & knowledgeable owner....when I went in to buy a bike in cash, I walked in the store & wasn't even greeted. The owner was making instagram videos in a corner, there was 2 other attendants at the main desk, with 1 customer in line. I stood there for about 5/10 min, until finally I went up to the owner to ask the questions I wanted to ask...cause it's like literally no one wanted to acknowledge my presence... Besides that, I was torn between getting a talaria or surron. I was told by the owner himself the only real difference is the brand name & the size . Talaria being slightly bigger. That was a complete lie. You have to do regular maintenance (oil changes) on the talaria motor, where on a surron that is non existent. They also sold me the talaria with the oil clamp shut. I rode it for a couple hundred miles before realizing & having to open it myself. I'm sure they left it closed since I was transporting the bike by truck when I got it. However it would've been nice for someone to let me know I have to unclamp it to ride the bike properly & not ridk damaging the motor.... read more

I brought a couple tires to get changed on my Vespa, they charged me $200 to change the tires and I drove on them for a few miles and the tires were flat. He claimed there was no guarantee because I used my own tires which were brand new which is bullshit. I brought it back to him and he said he would fix it and all he did is put silicone all around the rims and it's all on the rims and the tires and everything and he charged me another $110 for it. Never again, he is a thief. I have three vespas, but I would never have them serviced here ever again. Beware, he is also a wiseass! read more

DONT BUY NEW SCOOTERS FROM BOCA SCOOTERS. I bought a brand new Genuine Buddy 50 cc from BS for ~$3k. The scooter had multiple issues even though it was brand new. Had issues starting, the kick start would not work, had to replace the battery and I had to replace the front disc brake... I tried calling the owner (Colton, who sold me the bike) multiple times. BRO THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $1000 I SAW ALL THE BAD REVIEWS AND THOUGHT IT WOULDNT HAPPEN TO ME BUT IT DID. Im 15 yrs old and i spent everything i had trying to get my surron fixed they said they would diagnose the problem with my motor on my bike but they didnt even touch it. i had zip ties holding up the bashgaurd they werent even cut open to get the motor out. they called me the next day and said "yeah ur gonna need a new motor" so im like okay and i buy a quote on quote "brand new" sotion motor from them. it didnt have a box and it already had dirt and scratch marks on it. so once i installed it my torp app for my controller said they same thing "hall sensor issue" so me n my dad unplugged and plugged the wires in the wire harness FOR MY CONTROLLER and there was one loose connection which caused it. So they made me buy a $850 motor and $100 for "diagnosing" the problem. im telling you right now do not go to these guys listen to the reviews PLEASE. read more

I asked them to change a tire on a rim just like they do on a daily basis I'm sure being a scooter shop (6inch rim which is also on a scooter) and they refused for the simple fact that it was coming off of a child's ATV and not a scooter. The woman on the phone had a nasty attitude about it Which makes it even worse. If you don't like your job, leave. We don't need that type of negativity in this world. Dishonest dealer or at least salesman. I was looking at used 50cc scooters, the lowest price of which would be around $500. After taxes and title, the price would come to around $750. The salesman informed me that he would lower the price of the new scooter to $700, insisting that a new scooter would actually be cheaper overall- $70 for the title/registration at the DMV and that'd be it. I asked for additional information because it seemed too good to be true. He repeated himself, that it would only cost me $70 at the DMV to get it registered. He didn't inform me that I'd also have to pay the tax for the vehicle at the DMV as well as the fee that the DMV charges for titles. Registering the vehicle ended up costing me an extra $110 ($184 total) as well as a few hours of my day. If the dealer had been honest with me, that it in fact would not cost less than a used one, I probably still would have bought it. But as a first time buyer, I felt taken advantage of, and I do not recommend Boca Scooters. read more
