They also do consultation checks on your tires, brakes, and etc. They messaged me while my car was getting service and the results on everything. I also love how they offer a free shuttle car service. They will get a Lyft to drive your destination and if you want to, they can get a Lyft to pick you up from your destination to pick up your car. The place is nice and clean. Everyone is super nice. They definitely check everything and want you be satisfied. I definitely recommend this place!

Weeks later I called Gary's on phone to get new receipt stating, OBVIOUSLY not collision damage, and that's what was told to Gary's before repair. Gary's owner said he would email me a new receipt with non collision statement. A month went by and nothing! We called a final time. Gary's owner stated, "I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DOING THAT". Do not, I repeat do not bring your rims here to get mounted…read more First of all I brought my rims and own tires in to get mount and balanced. Simple task right? Well I brought the tires and rims and left them in the car bays like the front desk person told me to. I had to run errands so they told me about 1-2 hours. 2 hours pass and I call to check and see if my wheels were done and I was told that they couldn't find my tires? I explained that the tires are there in the car bay. So basically nothing was done in those two hours and no one called me. In the end my wheels were finally done and when I picked my wheels up there's gouges on the inside of the rims and was told that the machine they had had to grip the rims from the inside since they were too big. If this was going to cause damage then either explain the risks or don't do it. Damaged all four rims on the inside barrel but what can I do. I wasn't offered compensation for the damages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your wheels here.

Approximately a year ago today, I visited for an oil change, which should have been a routine service. During their inspection, which did not occur on my recent visit, the previous mechanic left my engine filter unfastened, causing my car to make a whistling noise. Today, my appointment was scheduled with Mr. Velez. Twenty minutes of waiting I noticed that my car was being parked as completed. However, during my approximately one-hour and ten-minute wait today, I noticed that my car had been parked on the designated completed spot, yet I was still waiting and no one was looking for me to cash out. When I brought this to Mr. Velez's attention, he responded counter aggressively with an attitude, stating that he had been checking in customers as a result of the delay. He then handed my account to another gentleman to complete the checkout process. This was my final opportunity to give this dealership a chance, but I was not satisfied with the service. The attitude of the staff was unacceptable, and the car was not cleaned as it should have been. As evident in the accompanying photographs, it was left dirty and oily. For what I paid, is not the value of my stress. I am perplexed by the necessity of scheduling an appointment when the car was completed within 20 minutes. It is unclear why I had to wait an hour and ten minutes when I could have been gone 45 minutes earlier. This experience has left me with a negative impression and a strong desire to avoid future visits.
