The very dapper looking gentleman (I presumed is the owner) was very attentive and hands on with his assistance on the product I was interested in. He answered all my questions and seemed really knowledgeable. Though quite a distance from home, it will be goodbye to the mall at Short Hills and hello to The Homestead at Princeton when it's time to redecorate. Pricing ranges from expensive to affordable. I have passed US Brand for years and may have stopped in when it was an "Oriental Furniture Outlet" or a mattress wholesaler, I really can't remember. Whatever it was doesn't really matter, US Brand is a converted industrial garage stuffed to the rafters with furniture. Surprisingly the staff is very low key and allows you to catch your breath and get the lay of the land without descending like vultures on a wounded mongoose (very much appreciated BTW.) Unfortunately, their furniture inventory is not our style. Lots of laminate, white leather, sprawling Diamonique chandeliers and copious use of gold inlays. It felt more like an estate sale for the last Gabor sister or perhaps, Imelda Marcos. Obviously, this casino maximus style must sell but today was not the day to channel my inner Wayne Newton. They sell eco-friendly mattresses, sheets, bed frames, nightstands, pillows, blankets, and throw pillows. They do all their sewing on premise; mostly handmade stuff! When I'm ready for a new mattress, I will definitely consider purchasing a mattress/bed from here!

They give you their terms and conditions after you sign(invoice says 35% restocking fee, website 25%) 2. Manager is only there 2 days a week, Saturday and Sunday and he's the only one that has control to "help". So no one ever returns your calls 3.
