Boda Borg is such a fun experience -- tons of creative, interactive rooms that you can try with friends or family! Each quest is different, so there's something for everyone. the wait times can get pretty long during weekends or holidays, so I'd recommend going on a weekday or getting there early to beat the crowd.

This place is one of my top favorite places to go when I'm in the Boston area! It's an incredibly unique concept and man does this feel like something that I'd want to have closer to me in the bay. Good: - Creative concepts and really cool rooms! - Love how if you fail you can try again - It's a good bonding activity - It's so cool how there are both physical and mental challenges Bad: - Sometimes the wait time for the rooms is long! But overall you do go in and out fast especially when the day isn't too busy

This was a very entertaining activity for all ages! We did this activity on a weekday, and I believe there was a field trip; thus, there were so many kids running around. At first, I thought the place was only kid-friendly; however, those puzzles were hard! This was very entertaining due to its versatility, encompassing puzzles, escape rooms, and physical activities. There are so many rooms, and they are designated by difficulty. The facilities were very clean. Boda Bord definitely tired me out, but it was a very fun and wholesome activity. I definitely recommend it for families and friends!

The ultimate Game Center! My family of four had such a fun afternoon attempting the different rooms. Some puzzles are more physical and some more mentally challenging, but they're all exciting. I won't give away any secrets, but I highly recommend this fun place!!

Boda Borg Is a great place to bring friends or co-workers if you want to work on team building. There is ample street parking and a small parking lot across from the building. You can bring groups of three to five people to a room. This place takes the idea of escape rooms and puts it on steroids. The escape rooms here are called "Quests" and each consists of between 2-4 rooms that you must completely beat in one go or else you have to start all over again. The rooms will require problem solving, good team work, and good observation skills to beat. There are 21 quests to complete and it will take multiple visits and many failed attempts in order to complete them. However, if you do complete the quest, the last room will unlock a stamp that you put on your card to prove that you beat it. If you end up beating all the quests you may end up on their wall of fame. If you get stuck on a puzzle you can ask a crew member for help for which they call a "nudge," but obviously it's only a small clue and they try not to give the solution away which would ruin the fun. For a first-time participants, you will be required to sign a waiver and then watch a 5-minute tutorial video. You will then get a locker where you can store your belongings away. There's an upstairs and downstairs, with the majority of the best rooms being downstairs. My favorite quests are Cardboard Temple, Alcatraz, Spook House, Potions, and Platoon. For tickets, you can reserve online and see what time slots are available or you can also buy tickets in person, but risk a time slot being full if it's too busy. The tickets are for 2 hour ($28) or 4 hours ($40) and you get a bracelet as your key to entry. The puzzles here are marked by color to designate if it's a mental or physical challenge. Of note, by the end of the day, my friends and I had bruises all over our legs from crawling into small tunnels and spaces and running into things. If you get hungry, they do have snacks and drinks available that are reasonably priced.

Great interactive activity for all ages! My friends and I came here based off a recommendation from a friend. This place has a lot of room puzzles that range in difficulty and physicality. There are about 2-3 rooms/levels you need to complete for each challenge. Since we came in the morning during a holiday, there were mainly kids doing the puzzles. If you are a group of adults, I would recommend going during a different time of the day.

How physically demanding is this? I have a friend who is older, with some physiical limitations. Can you avoid the physical ones?

Yes, absolutely. We currently have 23 Quests, of which 8 are green (no strenuous activity at all). It would take more than one visit just to try the green Quests, so you'll have plenty to do. If you do decide to try some reds (moderate activity) and… Read more

When is the "As long as you like" returning? You guys aren't enforcing people to wear a mask, and there doesn't seem to be any reduced capacity at all. I see multiple times in here that you've said it's coming back last fall.

    Check again the following fall.

I'm confused by the website. It keeps saying 2 hour or all day. When I went to buy tickets, the options were for 2 hours or 4 hours and we had to choose a start time? Which is it?

Boda Borg has historically had two hours and as long as you like. With Covid we are working with tighter capacity limits that require us to know when people will be leaving, so for now we only have two hours and four hour tickets. We hope to return… Read more

Is it suitable for someone who is claustrophobic?

Everyone is different, so I can't give a complete yes-no answer, but we've had a lot of Guests with claustrophobia enjoy Boda Borg. One thing to remember is that each Quest has an exit door that's easy to get to, so if you're not comfortable in a… Read more

What is the best time to go to avoid lots of kids?

During the week while they are at school is the time to go when you would see the least amount of kids. That being said, I have never felt kids were a problem any time I have been there.
