Four of us spent 2 hours here on a Tuesday morning just after opening (11ish): 15 & 19-yr-old siblings, almost-50 mom, and 77-yr-old grandma. We all had a great time! There were so many challenges to try, plenty of physical ones and plenty of less-physical ones, some that were better with 4 and some better with 2. It would also be a really fun friend or date activity to get to know someone better. We ate in the attached restaurant, and the food was a little pricey but very good. By about 1 it was getting busier, and we sometimes had to wait for a preferred challenge. Morning is definitely the time to go. We could probably have played for 3 hours with a lunch break, but 2 was a satisfying amount of playtime for everyone. read more

This is such a FUN & interactive experience for kids and adults! They have a food and bar area, too! Food is a little expensive so we opted to eat at the mall's food court. We had all day passes, so we were able to check back in and continue our play adventures! The entire area is comprised of well thought out human puzzles and timed challenges such as staying off the "hot lava" etc. Service seems friendly and involved. It's clean and has so many challenge rooms to choose from with different activity levels, too! We were bored on a Friday night and decided to go to the Natick mall to walk around and find something to do. Surprisingly, there was no line at level 99 so we got the 2 hour pass and had a blast! There were kids around but they were very well behaved even without parents in the vicinity. Everyone is very respectful of the space while having a good time. We had to wait max 4 minutes for the rooms so we got through the rooms much faster and as a result, got tired pretty quickly as well. We ended up leaving before the 2 hours are up due to how tired we are from all the physical rooms. Lastly, I've been here before but I noticed that there is a pause timer now which is great for when you want a snack break or bathroom break. read more

We are from out of town but this is our second time trying Level 99 and once again it was a hit. We tend to come into town every few years for family events and level 99 has been our go to for the past 2 times to spend with my nieces and in-laws. The first time we came it was during the week so not very busy, this past time it was during a weekend and it was crazy busy. It didn't matter though, it was extremely fun and my nieces and I enjoyed our time. Both times we did the 2hr, honestly I believe on busy days 4hr slots are the best option. You have a longer wait time to get into the rooms so we didn't have enough time to try everything. There were a few rooms that were closed as well for maintenance as well. They offer free water in the center of the building, close to the bar area. Food and drinks are also available but we tend to skip this to keep playing. The service there was top notch though, every employee was super kind and helpful. If we had an issue they fixed it without complaint. They offer military discount but you need to check out at the front desk for this. The facility was clean, clean enough that it was noticeable and I was impressed. I cannot stress this enough. Best time I've had in a long time! We flew over from Washington state to spend the whole day here. We were busy from 11am-9pm. We ate lunch and dinner here, both delicious. The variety of food and quality of food has us gushing about it long after we ate. Only bummer was their soda, which wasn't Diet Coke, it was Mexi cola. The rooms were well planned out, and we loved the digital aspect that tracked us along the way. Also the art hunt was pretty fun! Well done level 99. Please come to the west coast! read more

There are a ton of genuinely fun challenges to partake in The technology is top-tier with everything being connected via their RFID bracelets, which allows you to keep track of your points/scores and challenges attempted/completed. Better still, because you create an account, you don't lose your progress if you return at a later day. The challenges were, true to form, very challenging. Further, many of them were physically demanding to be completed successfully, yet, even though my physical fitness isn't at that level, I still had a boatload of fun, Finally, a quick note: while one person technically could visit Level99, it's much better and much more fun to go with friends, especially since some of the challenges require two people. I think this is a really great place to go with a group of friends or even just on a date. However each game is 2-6 people so you can't go by yourself unless you join other people's games. I've been here a couple of times and I feel like I still haven't gotten to all the rooms, there's just so many. I definitely have my favorites though. As for the food, it's surprisingly good, I honestly wasn't expecting much. The birria french dip was flavorful and they came with fries. The cold Shanghai noodles were okay, not a huge fan because of how much cilantro there was along with random crunchy bits. The best place for a group hangout, date night, or anything in between. Such a creative concept and so well done. Filled with a bunch of unique rooms with mini games inside of them to beat. Rooms can vary from physical skill to mental puzzles. They are constantly coming out with new rooms, and you can get 0-3 stars for a room, which makes it fun even after coming back many times. The all day pass is definitely worth it. On weekends and Friday nights it does get very busy with short lines for most rooms. Weekdays are the way to go. read more

I went to Level99 for the first time on Saturday, May 10, 2025 with my husband and another couple. Level99 located in the Natick Mall and is easily accessible on the 2nd floor by the food court or through a separate outdoor entrance. Our GPS led us to the separate outdoor entrance and we were able to find a parking spot in the small lot right in front. I had made reservations online for 11:00AM, but our friends were running a little late so we waited for them. The game time starts when you activate your ticket. On Friday, weekends, and holidays, the 2-Hour passes are $35.99 so 4 × 2-Hour passes came to a total of $143.96. When our friends arrived, we joined the reservation queue and the staff member asked for my name, gave us each wristbands called "Veloband," and told us to each check in at a self-serve kiosk using the same reservation code. After activating our ticket, we went into the arena and put our personal belongings in a free locker. Then, it was time to play! Level99 consists of 3 different activities: Rooms, Arenas, and Hunts. Each member of our group taps their Veloband at Level99's logo to be added to the queue. The screen tells you how long until you get to play, hints, and very brief instructions. When the room is ready, a play button will light up. After you click it, the door unlocks and you can begin the challenge. Once you enter a room, a timer starts and a screen shows your team's progress. Each room has their own different and unique theme and can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Physical rooms will test strength, balance, and flexibility. Skill rooms will test accuracy, timing, reflexes. Mental rooms will test memory, problem-solving, spatial thinking. The rooms are cooperative games by teams of 2-6 players. Some of the rooms we played multiple times to try to get more stars. Definitely some rooms were easier/harder compared to others, but all really engaging. On the screen while you wait for the room to be ready, you can see how much your game time is left, change your player name, and change your icon, color, and shape. The veloband wirelessly communicates with Level99's game rooms and keeps track of players' progress as you collect virtual coins and gems along the way. The more coins and gems you collect, you will receive more privileges. Throughout the arena, there were also head-to-head challenges like in Lighting where you and your opponent race to hit the buttons as they light up and first to tap scores the point. Art Hunts are a scavenger hunt involving the playful art found all throughout the space. The 2 hours went by very quickly and we definitely maximized our time playing. What was really cool is you have an option to pause your gameplay to go eat or if you need to just pause. We started to play about 11:20am and were able to get in a few games before it got more crowded. Definitely earlier the better to avoid crowds. Level99 was a really fun place to checkout with our friends. If you are a fan of escape rooms, then I definitely recommend checking Level99 out. read more

This place is extraordinary. We've been a couple times with different groups of friends and it is a blast every time. I love how thoughtful it is: they have a little icons to demonstrate which of the rooms are handicap accessible or not. I also think they do a good job managing the number of participants. Pro tip: don't come in a group greater than six. The game rooms can only accommodate six or fewer. I also wanted to put in a good word for Justin, the manager. In one of the more physical rooms, my keys fell out of my pocket and he had them handy for me. They are also connected to Night Shift Kitchen and Tap bar which offers bites quite conveniently right there. What a blast! This was my first time visiting Level 99 and I had an amazing time. They are located in Natick, MA (Boston) inside Natick Mall. Very inviting entrance that makes you want to enter. I was invited to participate in a team event at Level99. This was a great decision by my manager because we all had a great time. I loved the fact that they had so many different rooms each interesting and fun. Each room gives you a two-minute timer to complete your task as a team. Bring your mental and physical skills. There were rooms I thought I couldn't complete...so I felt pretty good about myself when I did. There is free water in the center of the facility, which is nice. There is a bar which includes a pretty nice food menu. I ordered the nachos which were good and everyone at the table made positive comments about their food choices. I love how there is such a great variety in games. At the game pad where you scan your bracelet, it tells you the general skills that the game requires and small hints if needed. The sign up process is also very easy! You select to play for either a 2 hr period, 4 hr period, or all day. Make sure to also log in with an account that you remember your email and password for! Since it follows you during consecutive visits to level 99. Although this is a bit aways from the city, there is plenty of parking at the Natick Mall and it is easy to find once you find the food court at the Natick Mall. Some of the game rooms are more difficult than others but I loved most of them. Looks like you're able to order food here too and there's tables to sit down to eat. We went for two hours and they had a lot of great rooms that kept us busy. We went on a weekday and it was a little busy, but didn't really have to wait for rooms. I enjoyed it for sure, came with two friends. Lots of really fun rooms. I loved the ninja ones but I don't enjoy how they don't just tell you the instructions. The rooms on their own are challenging and when there's a lot of people, it's a waste of time to go through one round figuring out the rules and then waiting in line again to actually play. It doesn't add fun for us. Came on a Saturday afternoon and was super hard to find parking but expected. Also super crowded so wait times for each room were avg 3-6m. It helps that some rooms are so difficult you don't have to wait long even with several groups in front of you. I wish there was a map and description of all rooms. Not enough instructions on this but I think coming back a few times on an off peak time would be a much better experience. I didn't expect some of these rooms to be so physically challenging. My arms will be sore from swinging on ropes in Ninja Swing. My friend sprained her ankle on another rope room. I think the system for kiosks could be better. If I need to pause or just look at the rooms there's no separate kiosk. I have a few min to do that while waiting for the room to be available. I didn't try the restaurant I just got a root beer and the peppercorn popcorn. Was okay. The food looked good though I like that you can pause to eat. Would recommend 100%. 3 stars cause it could be a better customer experience in terms of navigation and getting familiar as a newcomer. The staff is super nice and accommodating (although they could know more about the games and where things are) and the rooms were fun so I'm sure next time I'll rate higher. read more

First time finally making it down to try this place out! Too bad we got here late and only could play for an hour, but it's nice to see they have price options for 1hr, 2hr and all day! It's pretty fun concept of games and challenges. A little bit for everyone. Some tasks are definitely teamwork oriented, brain power games, others are like carnival games and some are physical games. We were on limited time so i definitely want to come back and get to play at least every room once. And try to beat the harder rooms gain points and star finishes. They also have a full cafeteria style eating area that you can order food from. L99 also has free ice cold lemon water for free by the eating zone because youll definitely get thirsty after a bunch of challenges are completed! Will be back with more time available! I wanted to like this place BUT it was such a let down. Chaos- and no flow. Games were about a minute long and you get no instructions. You stand and wait for a room and then once you get in. I'm OBSESSED. I tried this for the first time for a friends birthday and had SO MUCH FUN. Each room is its own puzzle you have to solve, but you can try many times or move on. It gives a lot of flexibility to different minds by deciding if you want to keep at something or try a variety of challenges. I think it was very helpful that each room has indicators of what is required of the challenge (physical strength? Mental challenge?) so you can find what works for your group. The room is also pretty flexible to different group sizes so long as the group is less than 7, and the employees were so kind. We had a group of 7 so we mix and matched groups since rooms maxed out to a max of 6. There were so many rooms to choose from and some fun 2-player mini games out in the open areas. There is a bar and food which was actually really good to refuel. (pro tip: they allow you to pause your time, so pause while you're eating, going to the bathroom etc, to maximize fun!) Went midday on a school holiday. There were lots of kids running around...clear that they didn't really need an adult to accompany them to a room or really anywhere. Nearly every room had a wait...usually at least 2 parties in front on you. It can move fast, but it felt crowded for a place that requires reserving for space. Had way too much fun at my recent visit to Level 99. We went as a group of 7 adults right at 10am on the weekend and I'm really glad we got there early- the place quickly filled up (with both adults and children.) Located within the Natick Mall, this place is huge- step into the puzzle rooms and test your physical/mental/puzzle solving skills! Make sure to have hand sanitizer handy or use the stuff they provide because you're going to be touching A LOT of things. I recommend getting there early before it gets too... grimy. Some of the physical challenges were really tough- there were quite a few where you needed. to jump to be able to touch the button and for my full 62 inches of height, some were impossible (unless I got lifted up onto someone's shoulders....)
