Around 6$ for a juice slush with tapioca balls. Some of the flavors are actually made with real fruits. The banana flavor was not made of real bananas but it was still good and sweet. One more thing I'd like to add is that on the day my friend and I ate there a homeless person walked in and didn't have a lot of money and the owners were very polite to her. I think it's nice that they were willing to take 7 or 8 dollars to feed her some egg rolls and rice.

The place wasn't too busy on a Sunday afternoon, and the only reason I chose this place is cause Viva across the street was closed. Oh well, good thing it's Pho alley down here. Either way, I had my go-to for most Pho places I eat at, which is the beef stew noodle soup. They do their noodle soup really well. The broth is flavourful but not overly oily, and the beef stew is chewy but not hard. Definitely one of my favourites I've had so far in this city (and I've had a lot already). Service was also very good; you get a really nice family treatment as well. I'd certainly recommend this place to others.

Suddenly the owner, a woman, made a scene over the fork and started pointing at us from across the restaurant. I was shocked, and now with all eyes on us, I walked back up to the stall. She said they weren't responsible for cleaning the dishes and utensils, and told me to take it to the "dirty dishes" section instead. She then handed me a wooden spoon -- angrily, and holding it by the mouth of the spoon, seemingly to make a point that we didn't deserve clean utensils. I dropped it. Why the use of the microwave then? Was it just to warm up the bacon? I did my research online. Packaged bacon is "cured", which means that it is prepared with salt and nitrates to inhibit the growth of bacteria. However, uncooked bacon, especially if it has been left open and unthawed for sometime, can still harbour bacteria and cause food poisoning. So no, I do not want someone handling uncooked bacon with the same gloves that they use to handle all the other ingredients. I especially do not want someone arguing with me about this!
