I knew I wanted to upgrade to Accuair Elevel and wanted it to be done right so I did a lot of research on shops in my area. I came to the conclusion that even though there were shops in my area that could probably get the job done correctly, I wanted it to be done somewhere I could trust. Therefore, the only shop I was comfortable with touching my car was Boden. I knew there were leaks but could not figure out where they were coming from so I let Josh know. It turned out that my system was not plumbed correctly. He let me know and gave me a great price on a completely re-done setup as well as a hard wood trunk setup. All in all, I came in expecting to leave with just an upgraded management system and left with what felt like a brand new car. I have given Boden more than 2 chances! First time was when I got my wheels from them for my vette.. everything started off good Josh gave me a quote and i ordered the rims from him, when ordering he just gave me an invoice for the rims only no tires and I gave him a down payment. The wheels did were not done on time it came in 2 1/2 weeks later than promised and than he calls to talk about tires and the price went up by over 1,500 bucks from the first time I got prices from him! So I did my own research and found tires myself that he got for me and got them done.. even than it was over what he originally quoted me but I did not say anything I was happy with the product.. than he did my suspension and when doing my suspension one of the techs said I should put a spacer in the back wheels because it should stick out more.. my original wheels had spacers which he said were not good and was going to make custom wheels to fit in the car perfectly.. that would mean the wheels were not made correctly .. even than i did not say anything and he even charged me extra for spacers and install! Also FYI the 2 times I took it here every time they delayed my completion dates... next I wanted to get some carbon fiber parts for my car and get it vinyl wrapped, I also noticed that my hood of the car on the corner kept popping up since the last time I brought the car to them and I asked Josh what the problem is with it and he said "it's the after market body kit it's as good as you can get it".. I took it Chevy and the problem was that someone broke the pin of the hood.. he didn't even try to see if there is something wrong, for a place like this and his prices I would expect better service.. so he orders the carbon fiber parts for me takes about a month and a half than he calls me to set up a time to bring it in they told me it takes about a week.. i dropped the car off on July 19th and was told the car will be ready on the 28th, they did not finish everything till August 24th!! No apologies or didn't seam to care, I've spent a lot of money at this place and for everyone talking about their customer service being excellent I don't see it.. they didn't even install my side fenders because they did not fit and still charged me for installing them.. the back carbon fiber body diffuser they installed they forgot to install the reverse lights back in them!! I've been trying to contact josh for the past 4 - 6 weeks about the side skirts and the problems but he has an excuse every time.. if they are too busy to take on new work they should just say so or if they think my project is not as important as all their other work don't take it! I have tried to like this place and given it a bunch of chances but I don't see the "top notch service" or "excellent customer service".. read more

I Always have wanted a set of Vossen wheels And that's how I was able to know that this amazing shop exists. I called Vossen Miami and they gave me this dealership info and once I got there I found that they are super much more than just sick wheels. They specialize in AccuAir, do vinyl, and pretty much everything customization you can do to make your car prettier and more powerful. The guys there, just like what all the comments say, are super nice. They tell me everything that I need to do a particular customization and walk me through and prices and the styles I truly wanted. They also have given me suggestions of what to do next to make my car even sicker. I personally got a set of CV5s and Josh helped me through all the steps patiently and now everything is done and my car looks absolutely sick and a 200% head turner. I came to Bryan in need of a set of wheels for my girlfriends Camaro RS without a real idea of what I wanted. Bryan was extremely helpful, he set me up with some Rotiform las-r's with custom white faces and black inner barrels. The wheels came with center caps that were black, i wanted them white so they went ahead and sprayed those white for me no questions asked. Its obvious why these guys have so many nice cars in the shop and are always busy they knowledgeable with everything and anything you need while also giving honest prices on everything. The wheels look amazing with the car, and my girlfriend lost it when she saw them. Stopped by Boden mid-June to get together an order for my RS5. Once you walk in you enter a large room which has an entertainment area with magazines, seats and a TV, as well as cars they are working on. Everything is very nicely kept and incredibly clean and open. Josh took care of me from day one and got together order for a Capristo exhaust very quickly - I'd say I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The only downside during this whole experience was the shipping delay, which obviously was out of their hands. I believe the exhaust systems are made-to-order in Germany so Boden has no say in how quickly the shipment will arrive. In this instance, the exhaust was ordered on June 15th and delivered August 5th. I will say, though, it was clearly worth the wait and I am not disappointed. Josh was very helpful when I was deciding what size and offsets to pick. Although it was about a 6 week build time Josh updated me along every step of the way until the wheels were done. When the wheels were ready I arranged with Josh pick up the wheels. Since I was driving from Santa Clarita I wanted to get my fenders rolled and camber arms installed. Despite Boden's busy schedule they were able to make all this happen in one day. The drive and wait were totally worth it.
