I had my Cybertruck vinyl wrapped here in April and parts of it are already peeling off. Not only were large pieces that gave the wind coming off but edges that wrap around metal were losing their adhesion too. Luckily, I got a two year warranty so I brought it in on Monday for warranty repairs. Al looked at the areas where the vinyl was coming off and said he will fix it but he needs it for a couple days. I told him I'd bring it back on Wednesday and pick it up on Friday. On Wednesday morning I dropped it off and three hours later. Al called me to say I need to pay him $350 to fix it. Between Monday and Wednesday, he decided the vinyl coming off was due to damage and was not covered under warranty! I decided not to throw good money after bad. I originally only wanted my car fully wrapped in XPEL stealth, but decided to get the windows tinted and replace the decals with black matte ones. Even though I added services the car was ready two days earlier than he originally estimated. Not only that, but it was more affordable than other wraps and tint jobs I'd had done and the work was FAR superior. These guys were very great and will work with you in pricing. My husband got the ceramic coating on his Tesla Y and they did a great job. When we wash the car there is probably only about 25% of the water droplets that stay on compared to my car. The work gets done the same day and the only tough part is you cannot wash the car for 10 days so you have to be careful where you take it for about a week. read more
