I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing. Great customer service! These guys not only know their business and have vast knowledge of car Audio and accessories but are transparent, kind and informative professionals. Sam showed me the lighting in the Rolls Royce and also a few options that can be installed on the Mercedes-Benz. I opted for the very nice AMG entry lighting. Very cool. I own a Toyota 2023 RAV4 Hybird my only complaint about the car was how noisy the cabin is. Found Sorena Audio thru Grok looking for someone that could help with sound deadening. Arian from Sorena recommended the sound proofing of the door panels, trunk area and floor. Wow! What a difference it made on noise. The RAV4 sounds amazingly quieter and the doors close with the sound you would expect from a premium model car. Not cheap but well worth the cost if you are looking for driving comfort when in the car. Their facility is extremely clean and they did a great job. 100% would recommend. Quick follow up. A day after my review, the radio died. No power, no nothing. Texted Sam and in his calm way asked if I could drop by that afternoon and they'd take care of it. Long story short, short I discovered that my car had not one, but two fuse boxes! Chris figured it out ("they're like old Porsche set ups") and in less than half an hour (and swapping out a cruddy, rusty old fuse) everything was working perfectly. Sam at Sorena Car Audio (SCA) did such a good job installing a dashcam in my Porsche 911 Carrera S, that I returned for sound deadening service two weeks later. I researched the top dashcam installers in my area on Yelp, and SCA stood out from the others due to the quality of reviews. Sam and his team installed a BlackVue dashcam with external battery in my 911 and the installation was perfect. The wires were hidden and you don't even know the dashcam is there, which is exactly what I wanted. Sam walked me through how to use the dashcam and answered all of my questions. When I started researching sound deadening services a couple weeks later and saw that SCA offered it, I reached out to Sam and made an appointment. For my car, Sam recommended adding sound deadening material to the doors and the rear wheel and carpet areas. Installation took one day and the addition of the sound deadening material was immediately noticeable. Road and wheel noise were reduced dramatically at both local and freeway driving speeds. I no longer hear rattles or small rocks and sand hitting the wheel wells. Tire noise against the road is significantly reduced, yet, I still get to enjoy the sound of the 911's engine, due to where Sam and his team strategically placed the material. The music from my Bose system also sounds better (and louder), which I attribute to lesser cabin noise overall, and the filling-in of empty spaces in the doors. It's truly transformed my 911 into a more comfortable daily driver and it feels like a different car for the better. Was having problems with my car battery I suspected might be the magic box drawing too much power to allow 24 hrs recording. The lead technician looked over the wiring installation and metered the power as being correct, then suggesting i bring the car into the dealer who found the hybrid lithium battery defective. $2800 parts and labor for a new one. Paid zero under 10/100,000 warranty and zero for a 4 day loaner car. BlackVue camera's work perfect. I took my 2004 Lexus SC430 to Sorena because I wanted a rear camera and Apple Car Play unit that would be perfectly aligned with the car's dashboard and entertainment console. Sam quickly assured me how it would go and what it would cost, and soon the technicians had done the work. The results are amazing; the car maintains its classic Lexus-Japanese fit and finish, but now I have all the updates that we expect on the road today. I was going to take a trip to Upland from Orange County to another dashcam installation place because the reviews were very good. However, the owner of that business never answered my email. After a couple of days I decided to email Sam because his reviews looked quite good as well. He answered my email about a quote that same day and we were able to set up an appointment pretty quickly. I went in today to get my dashcam hardwired. I had my own dashcam already and brought in the hardwiring kit as well. The service was done impressively fast and I was out of there within an hour. The installation is well done with perfect placement for my front and back camera. No cables in sight. They do have a waiting area, which is very nice. I appreciated that greatly because the other place in Upland didn't seem to have a waiting room, and I was worried about where I'd go during the service time. All in all, things worked out the way they did for a reason. I highly recommend this place and I'm happy with my experience. If anything should go wrong I'd report back but I don't think that will be an issue :) read more
