I called ahead because I was being held up slightly and wanted to be respectful of everyone's time instead of just showing up late. I politely asked multiple times if there was any flexibility or option to reschedule, but the woman I spoke with was dismissive, repeatedly compared their policy to an airline, and ultimately hung up on me. At no point did I raise my voice. I simply asked for help and was met with zero understanding or professionalism. In the end, they kept my 39 ClassPass credits and I received nothing in return. Very disappointing experience overall.
